Who knows?!? I believe my last tag was in late 2003 or early 2004, so it's been a really long time for me. But then I was off the boards for 1½ years before coming back the end of Sept. 
Yes, probably half and half would work best with maybe a beach place up here and then a Florida place for wintertime.............it's nice to have long-term dreams..............
