---DITTO--

Been low key here, we share this one with everyone else, unlike different days for Mothers day.

Some more books on St Petes and Tallinn have come my way, together with maps of UK with Speed cameras on it, for some reason. Maybe drove to from Dover too fast for the kids.

Happy Father's Day to all Dads!!!!

We are having our kids and bil and sil and their girls over. Heating the pool a bit just in case some people don't want to be too cooled off. BBQ and trip planning! What a fun day.

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads here:thumbsup2:goodvibes

Hope you all had a great day. Just got back from Toy Story 3-that was what DH wanted to do -so that's what we did.
Cute movie:cutie:

Happy Fathers Day to all the dis-dads! Got a call today from DCL, our shore excursion for Oslo has been canceled. Not sure what to replace it with now. :confused3

Can't beleive less than 3 weeks till we leave for our pre-cruise whirl wind trip through Scotland and England. :cool1:

Thinking about trying the spa for the first time, without breaking the bank, any suggestions?

Which Oslo excursion did you have ? We Have been there and it's very easy to do on your own.
I'm trying the spa for the 1st time. I booked a facial.

DCL gifts sell these for Dover cruises, so would imply they have these at least.

See, we are all getting things mixed up. I think we all NEED a vacation and soon.
Sorry Caro it was Laurie and not you.

4 more weeks!!!!! :woohoo:
Except for Laurie saying that it was her that got the names of the places mixed up, I was going to say that maybe it was my husbands other wife that had posted that! :lmao:

Sorry I missed you there. Hope we're able to get in on a Saturday.

Still debating on the tux...leaning towards skipping it this time.

As long as we're able to figure out which part of the post is from Paul it's fine. Although it does make for a funny post sometimes;)
Good that you're getting more use out of the pirate costumes:thumbsup2

:lmao::lmao::thumbsup2
So glad we're not the only ones with a crowded garage. Our basement flooded last year and we had to move a ton of stuff to the garage, but we can still fit one car in there.

Gotta pick some up myself:thumbsup2
I'm bringing at least one small travel umbrella that I will carry, but I'm assuming the rest of my family won't want to carry umbrellas (and I'm not carrying theirs)

Oh, I'm in desperate need of a vacation:thumbsup2

Those sea days will be for relaxing, the rest of the vacation will be Go, Go, Go

I'm SO ready for a vacation! Just need to get these next couple weeks over with.

:rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl: I'm glad I wasn't drinking anything or it would have been all over my computer screen. I hadn't thought about Andrew's other wife.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the draft selections will be the same as if the ship was still ported in the US based on the 6 pak selection. My DH will also pick up local beer in each port.

Now tell me more about Youngs Double Chocolate.....is it a stout or a porter and where do we find it? Sounds yummy to me. :drinking1

Youngs Double Chocolate is a Stout, like Guiness.....personally cannot stand Stout. I drink bitters like Boddingtons, John Smiths creamflow or Jack Daniels with Dr Peppa oh yessss.

Judging by the reviews Youngs Double Choc is a gimmick beer with 212 calories a pint. If you are looking for Young's Pubs use this link www.youngs.co.uk/pubs.asp

It is a stout, I have always found it very drinkable, but I will admit that stouts are an acquired taste.

I like Boddies as well. John Smiths creamflow is something I have not tried - I will have to look into it!

Thanks,

According to a quick blurb on the Baltic thread, The Ball is a winner! This is very exciting to me as we booked it. It's so expensive and they give very little information about it. I guess my biggest concern about it now is the late return time coupled with an early shore excursion the following morning.

This is our 3rd Disney cruise, and first with concierge. I am really impressed with them so far. I have had several emails and 2 phone calls from them to ensure we have the plans we want in place. It's gratifying and helps me justify the cost.

I am grateful for all the information I have read in all 6(!) Ballyhoo threads and the Baltic thread! Thank you all for sharing information and enthusiasm! :flower3:

Another very wet day here - at least rain has stopped for the time being

Picked up our foreign money and got color photocopies of passports

Kara did her first pass through of the clothes she wants to take - sure she will need to whittle the pile down though

OK...I know that the location of the London Disney Store was posted earlier, but I just can't remember if it was Oxford...Oxfordshire...street...boulevard... (I have the memory of a gnat)

Thanks for the help.
