My family has these two adjoining cabins reserved for a West Coast cruise in June - any info on these cabins are appreciated! Are they near laundry? Stairs? Noisy? Thanks everybody!

I was on the Magic in May and was in 6067. Those rooms are not near the laundry.

Hope this helps

I forgot to mention that they are right near the stairs and the elevators. The room isn't noisy.

My brother and his family stayed in 6066. They loved the location of the roomn but did say there was a lot of noise in the hallway probably because it is right near that passageway behind the mid-ship elevators. HTH

We have stayed in room 6064 twice now and had no problems with noise. We also liked to location being so close to the elevators, stairs and kids clubs.

Have a great time on your trip!!:)

We've stayed in room 6564, which is just across the elevator lobby from 6064. The location is great! Personal opinion, best location on deck 6...we request that room on each trip and have it booked for the east/west cruise in May'05. Anyway, in relation to the laundry room. Just go across the elevator lobby to room 6564 and hang a right. The laundry room is across from 6588. Not too far.

We have Cabin 6062 for our Christmas Cruise in 2005, good to hear these comments!! :earsgirl: :smooth: :bounce:

We stayed in 6066 once, and never again! But I'm guessing you won't have the same trouble....the family in 6064 was AWFUL!!! Noisy and everyone yelling at everyone else....kids jumping on the beds and climbing on the railing of the varandah and the folks hollering to get down...

From then on, I always requested a non-connecting room! The location was wonderful!

We stayed in 6064 and 6066 in September. It's in the center of everything. Noise wasn't a problem at all. You can have noisy neighbors anywhere on the ship. We didn't hear the traffic from the elevator at all. I loved the ajoining door because there were always 2 bathrooms at our disposal. It was like having a suite. Don't worry about foot traffic. It wasn't a problem at all.
Personally, I prefer AFT because that's where all of the action is, but staying mid ship has it's advantages too. It's NOT FAR from anything.
Have fun. You'll be happy here.
