Michelle, I'm so glad you are starting to feel better. You will get back into a routine. Don't be discouraged. You have done such a wonderful job. You can do this...just go easy.

Sorry to hear about your back still bothering you. You have been such an inspiration to me! You shouldn't worry about what the scale says. You know what you've been through. You can't lose weight overnight...it's a process. Sometimes long. There is no quick fix. You can do this!!!!

It must be a real challenge to get your excersise in when your not feeling good. Hope you start to feel 100% soon, including your back. Just take it one day at a time and before you know it you will be back OP and it will be a walk in the park.

I'm with Rae Ann! It's so good to see you back here posting...I was missing your bright pink posts!!

I know what you mean about the shoes. The last week I noticed that my lower back was starting to hurt. After that walk last night, I was telling my friend about my back and she mentioned my shoes...they are pretty worn.LOL! I had bought a new pair last week when I took the kids school shopping, but I hate breaking in new shoes. I did wear them today...just felt a little tight from being new. But much better support.

Good luck with the September challenge...are you going to do the Thanksgiving challenge?

Glad to see you up and about. Your shoes could be a HUGE issue. With the amount of walking and exercising you do they should probably be exchanged at least every 4-6 months which most of us don't think about.

Hang in there - you have to be patient with your ankle. Are you icing and resting it? I should talk - my knee is killing me tonight because I have not been taking care of it:tongue: :tongue:

Keep up the good work michelle and toss those sneakers. I just bought a new pair and I hear ya with them not being as comfy. But your ankle will thank you later. Keep smiling.

Hi Michelle, glad your feeling better, i'm amazed that you just keep going even when your feeling down, you have great will power & determination which is half the battle won, just think how well your gonna do when your at 100%

Sounds like it needs some good resting.......as far as icing.......the rule is 15 minutes on and 15 minutes off. So please don't leave it on too long.
