Michelle your really doing awsome. Sorry to hear your foot is still bothering you. But your doing he right thing and staying off it. Truthfully would you rather the scale go down or keep loosing inches? They don't always happen at the same time so be happy for whichever comes your way Take it easy lady and have a great weekend.
Last Year I hurt my knee when I was excercising. I never got back to excercising again, until recently. DO NOT let that happen to you. Just keep up the low impact. Lifting weights what ever you can do with out putting weight on your ankle. And come here often to get the encouragement you need. It will heal in due time.
You are losing inches and that does count so put on a smile... Be proud. You are doing very good with eating. Hang in there...
