60 day window???

Hi all!

I've used the Fp+ system a couple of times but now I'm puzzled.

I have a room only reservation on a pass holder discount for May. We are at the 60 day window but it's not letting me book fastpasses even though we have tickets linked. One annual pass, one park hopper for my friend. What's the deal?

Is your resort reservation linked to MDE? What is your check-in date?

Yes it is. May 19th

Is it not letting you make ANY FP at all? Or just not all of the days you need?


Take a look in your MDE friends & family list and make sure you don't have duplicate profiles for each of you. This happened to us on our last trip. My daughter had 2 profiles and one was linked on the reservation and the other to her AP, so when we tried to make FP selections it kept saying she needed valid park admission.

If for some reason you do have a duplicate profile then you will need to call IT and have them merged.


If not, then I am just as baffled as you.

:/ I called IT and had her account merged because it was in fact two accounts but it's still saying I can only make Fp reservations until April 20th? Maybe it will open up tomorrow?

After they merged her account I still ended up having to wait until the next day to do her FP. Try to just book FP for yourself, and then go back and and where it says "Add Friends and Family to Exsisting Fastpass+" use that to copy your FP to her.

If it doesnt work you may have to call IT back again because it maybe reading your check-in date wrong
