So...today I officially only have 5 weeks left!! And Landon turns 9 months today!! But the REAL big news is that today, while I was home on my lunch break,

LANDON STOOD ALL BY HIMSELF!!!!!!!!

OMG I'm such a proud mommy right now!! He'll be walking anyday now and just seeing him stand without holding on to or leaning on anything is SO AMAZING!!! He's such a big boy!!

That's awesome! I remember when my babies were that small--such a great time!

I just now read your previous posts about what's happening in your life right now. I'll keep you in my prayers. Your Disney trip will be such a well deserved and much needed break for you...and you are getting so close! You have had so much dumped on you at once, I hope it gets better soon!

I got married and had my babies young, too, so I can relate to being in different places in your life than your friends are. And still now only 1 of my 3 good friends from HS is married, only she lives 8 hours away and we really Don't keep up anymore... Ah well, that's the way life goes. The most important thing right now is taking care of Landon...he won't go through all these milestones again. You are the most important thing in his life.

Its so crazy to think about!! I can't believe how big he's gotten. Babies learn stuff so fast!! A few months ago, he couldn't even roll over!!

When can we expect a Lynnie or Timmy Jr? That baby's first words will be Donald Duck or something Disney related!

Thank you so much!! You don't sound like you're lecturing! I really appreciate it! I think I just need to find new friends in more similiar areas of life!! I just never meet new people...maybe if I worked in a salon, instead of an icky car dealership!! Can't even meet a guy there--they're so sleazy!!

Oh I need it to go by fast!! We both need these vacations badly! We just need breaks!! I almost called in today myself!! But I didn't. I figured I was only going to do it because I was SUPER tired but even if I stayed home, I couldn't sleep because of Landon so I might as well just go and make money, since I get paid hourly. Where do you work? I'm sorry if you mentioned it somewhere, I don't recall!!

Thank you!! Last night he slept in his "big boy jammies" for the first time. Instead of the button-up, footie kind, they were the seperate pants and shirt kind. They were Buzz and Woddy. I'll have to take a picture so you guys can enjoy more of his cuteness!!

I can't believe how close you are now!!! It's so exciting!! I hope you can get a good portion of your TR done before I go!!

Hey!! I'm doing okay! This weekend wasn't too good. It really all threw me through a loop and I have all sorts of mixed feelings. It was Tyler's last weekend home before he gets deployed and he came over on his first night to see me--which wasn't even like a nice time together, seeing how it was like 1 in the morning (his plane landed at 11pm)--and then pretty much forgot me the rest of the time. Like I get that he has other people to see than just me, but he like completely stopped talking to me until his last night when he was still drunk! It's just frustrating because the whole time he's been in all his training and stuff, he's told me that I was like the only person who still talks to him all the time and most people just seem to have forgotten him since he left, but I never did. I still talked to him every single day and he had always told me how much he appreciated that. Then he comes home and just ignores me. I probably would just stop talking to him if he weren't going to Iraq so soon. I don't want him to go to war with us fighting, ya know? Sometimes now I just have to stop talking to him for a while because he'll tell me how bad he wants to see me and I'm like yeah okay, thats why you had a chances all weekend and didn't take them. So that was my weekend!!

Landon is good though!! He's all over the place. I love watching him grow. Do you remember how the Disney Movie Club sent me that movie automatically because I wasn't able to decline? It worked out because Landon LOVES it. We got The Tigger Movie. It's pretty cute. (Last time I forgot to decline, we got a movie I already had.) He hasn't tried walking yet. Most of the time that he stands, he doesn't realize it because he's grabbing something, clapping, etc. and then once he does, he immediately grabs the closest thing possible or sits down...even though he was standing just fine!! It reminds me of the kids who ride bikes and then fall over the instant they realize the adult let go!

I can't wait for you to meet him! This time is flying! What are we at now, like 28 days? By then, he'll probably be walking!! Oh man, I'm so excited to take him there!! I have a list of all the pictures I want of us...like on Dumbo, walking down Main Street towards the castle, all the characters, etc. It's going to be so great!

My same type of job pays more there starting, and cost of living is about the same. Some things are less. The only thing thats really stopping me is I wouldn't have anyone to watch Landon. I have friends or my mom do it now. Daycare is SOOOOO expensive. Hopefully I can in the near-ish future though. Don't you and Tim want to at some point in the future? Landon would love for you to be his teacher!! I think you'll be just about done with school by the time he's school-age!!

You're so sweet! I'm not sure if things are "better" but I've realized that a lot of them are out of my control, so I've tried to stop stressing them as much.

Do you know stuff about teacher licensing? Someone told me that if you switch states, you have to go back to school and stuff for that state. That just sounds wrong to me...but I'm not sure!

WOOHOO for mickey mail!! Its so exciting isnt it? It makes everything seem so real I see that you would also love to move to Florida LOL we are trying acutally to get there soon too we have relatives close to orlando and we could stay with them while looking for jobs-- but we both might be able to get a job transfer --- i think we are going to start seriously looking-- my parents would come and move down there eventually too-- sometimes i feel that there is so much more to life-- and that it might be in the Orlando area LOL Josh would love to work for disney-- he went to school for Hotel/restaurant management and is now a sales guru and a General Manager at a retail store-- he has tons of experience!!! its just a matter of actually making it happen! But i wont let anyone take my dreams away LOL

Hey guys! Well if you guys have been following all my comments and all that you know about the guy I adore in the military and how he came home and pretty much just partied the whole time and forgot me. It caused some friction between us. He says he really wasn't planning on getting that drunk and I *can* understand how he could've done that. I know there have been times in my day where I have gotten way drunker than intended and then just spent the entire next day "recovering". I'm sure anyone whose drank has been there at least once. Anyway...because of all the conflict that started, I just started feeling so...upset all the time from being so hurt. It was no good. We both felt so bad.

Well, on Monday, we were talking and he decides to fly me out to see him and spend his last night and stuff with me. He completely paid for everything. It was just a sweet gesture. I got there and spent a little less than a full 24 hours with him. It was his last night before getting deployed. It was perfect though. And now I'm going crazy with saddness and missing him.

Hopefully, all of you American readers keep our military troops in your thoughts and prayers often...but if I could ask of you to just pray for him while he's over there. His name is Tyler and...well he just needs to come home safe so I can have my fairy tale.
