The crib set is from Babies R Us. I never saw it online, but got it in-store.

Also, thank you all for your prayers for my friend. She is being strong but with everything but happened in the accident, this is far from over. I'll keep you all updated as much as I can.

I had originally planned on us going as Belle and Cogsworth...but have been second guessing that because I don't want us to be too hot/uncomfortable. What Belle are you going as? Because I am wondering if I should still do that now but maybe go in Belle's blue dress as opposed to one of her fancy ones. Because honestly, there are no pretty much no baby costumes that are both cute and look cool...it might just be easier to kind of make my own Cogsworth one. Hmmm...decisions, decisions. The only plans I really keep on changing over and over are these dang costumes!!

Hmmm I may end up going with the Woody costume a few ones back and just not having us coordinate. I don't know what I'm going to be. I have a tinkerbelle costume but I worry if its too short and its so thin and form-fitting, that I can't really wear shorts under it. Perhaps I will take pictures and show you guys.

What ideas do you have for making your own town dress? I was thinking that one too...I agree, all the custom-made ones are out of my price range too. Hmmm! Can't wait either way!

Disney Villains Monopoly!! I love it!! Its so cool!! This is my first themed monopoly, so I don't know how the others are, but this is kind of a design-your-own and its all static cling stuff that sticks to the board so you can choose which villians place is worth most!! Its super cool! I'll take pictures later and put them on!!

Oh and I have 38 days!!!

Thanks! Its fun. Except I suck at monopoly. But its still fun. One of the chance cards (called Magic Mirror cards here) said: "The glass slipper fits Cinderella. Pay $150 to hire a new housekeeper." I thought it was hilarious.

I just wanted to apologize to all my readers. I probably have the dullest PTR there is. I just don't feel like posting much. When it rains, it pours, ya know?

Like, I got in a fender bender that cost me a $500 insurance deductible and I had to borrow a friends crap car for about a month. (I'm thankful that I had a car at all, but seriously you guys...this car had a wood pattern wallpapered on the hood. It was super ghetto.)

Then my teeth have been bothering me like CRAZY!! My wisdom teeth are coming and they hurt so bad and there is no room so they're starting to mess up my perfectly straight teeth. I don't want braces again!! I had to go get a referral, then they didn't have openings for a month to give me a consultation, and then I found out that I have CRAP dental insurance. The procedure will cost $1500 dollars and my insurance covers about $300. I can't afford that right now, so I doubt I will be getting this taken care of anytime soon.

I am a member of the Disney Movie Club and I LOVE it. I think they have GREAT deals EXCEPT for their "deal of the month". Usually I just decline that online. So when I got the thing last month, I just threw it out and then went to go online and cancel it and it wouldn't let me login. I still have no idea why. I figured I just forgot my password but every single time I've gone on to try to get it, it says the password retrival system is down. WTH?! So this caused me to overdraft one account. I had no money in this account because I'm trying to close it. I have just left it open for now because it was attached to my direct deposit at work and I can't close it until I get paid and verify it doesn't go directly in there. (It was supposed to be done by last pay day but wasn't...don't know why, so I don't wanna risk it this one either.)

Then, the boy who has my heart is going to be deployed before I even go to Disney World...so very soon. He's going to Iraq and it terrifies me. So add that to my plate, as I will be full of worry every day until he is home safe on US soil.

Plus, I've been just plain lonely lately. I have NO friends around where I live anymore. Most of them live over an hour away for college and what not, or have been out of state for the summer, etc. I never get to see them. There are a few who have come home for the summer...but these just happen to be the friends who are the party animals and I'm just not at that point in my life anymore. I mean, I have a kid now. So when I do hang out with them, even if its just for dinner or something, I can't even relate to their "wild" stories that have started to all sound the same to me.

Work has been stressing me out like no other. I work at a car dealership right now and everyone knows what a great place the car world is right now! HA!! Thus far, I have miraculously survived a few rounds of people getting laid off. We have had one store get shut down thanks to Chrysler filing for bankruptcy, then our owner just sold 2 stores and I hear rumors all the time about my current store. Will we also get shut down? Will we get sold? Only time were tell but its fairly certain one of those will happen in the next year.
On top of that, people have just been getting so rude. I answer phones all day and get yelled at all the time. Lately, whats been happening is nobody's been changing their voicemails. Salesmen have incredibly high turnover rates, so we clearly recycle extentions, so when people don't change their voicemail and I send their customers to their extentions, I get TONS of calls back with people saying I sent them to the wrong place when I didn't. Its so frustrating and I have even told most of the people multiple times to change their voicemails...but apparently its too hard!


Luckily though, I have my little boy. He is going to start walking anyday now. Really all he needs to do is be brave and let go. He can walk with me only holding one of his hands instead of both now and loves to hold on to stuff and walk along it. I think it would be awesome if he took his first steps in Disney World, but my parents and his doctor aren't sure he'll take that much longer!! We'll see!! I'm such a proud mommy!!

Also, my parents want to take the family to Disney World for Christmas next year!! So yay!! We're only looking into that for now.

That will probably be my trip for next year, and the following year I'll be turning 21. I want to take one trip on my actual birthday minus the offspring, to have adult fun in Disney World and then go on a cruise for Landon's 3rd birthday!

My son and Disney is what gets me by right now. I can't seem to catch a break in anything else and I miss having friends. So thats why my PTR sucks. lol.

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate Just hang in there... Take each day one step at a time and keep crossing it off on your calendar. All of your plans sound so exciting! You, Landon, and your parents will have a blast Last year I went to Disneyworld for the first time to get married and am counting down the days until we return for our 1st anniversary (2 weeks after you will be there!).
Also, just wanted to let you know that I know what you mean.. when you mentioned your friends. After high school all of my friends went separate ways but we still get together, however, I have finished college already and started my career, where as all of them are still in school, and I am now married, and all of them single... so I know exactly what you mean when you say all their stories begin to sound the same... over and over.
Anyways, keep a smile on your face, you're baby in your arms (who is cute as a button) and posting about DiSnEy! You and your friend Tami are in my prayers. Hang in there!

We saved (and transported back to North Dakota) and froze the top layer from our wedding cake from Disney. BUT since were going back now we wont be able to eat it on our anniversary so I was hoping we could get a 'duplicate' at Disney (because I am NOT transporting it BACK down there). Anyways, just curious

aww Kimmy! you poor girl you have so much going on right now You are right when it rains it really does poor!! just keep thinking of your disney trip to help get you through the hard times thats what i do when i am all stressed out I think of my happy place which is disney LOL I am so sorry about your fender bender Insurance sucks sometimes!! And my prayers are still with your friend Tami I totaly understan about friends changing, I lost touch with a lot of friends after high school-- but i always think to myself that the people that are supposed to be in my life are the ones that are in my life-- the others ones didnt make it for a reasons! i am going to have to check out that movie club-- but i am sorry for what they did to your account I would call and complain!! Thanks for your kind words. I'm glad you understand about being in different areas of life than friends. It just makes it hard to relate and easy to grow apart.

Hmm I don't know if I'm still going with a cake. I might go with a gift basket now. But had I ordered one, I think I would have gone with either the Boardwalk Bakery or Grand Floridian Bakery. If you go over to the restaurants board, there's a cake chatter thread thats just a normal thread and then I think there's a cake FAQ or something thats a sticky. They have lots of great pics, info and numbers. Hope that helps!
