Are you still planning on going to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique? I'm not sure if they do adults. I thought it was just for kids. But I do know for sure that Disney will not allow adults to walk around the parks in costume during regular park hours. They only let you do that for MNSSHP. Just FYI.

I think Tinkerbell and Peter Pan are great costume ideas. We're going in Sept. too and are going to MNSSHP, but I don't think I will dress up. We are also staying at Pop!

I don't know what to do about the fridges at Pop either. They are something like $12 a night and I don't want to pay all that money for a fridge. With that money, my DH and I could just pay for breakfast out of pocket.

I'm still here! Yeah for getting to make your ADRs on Friday. Somehow, after the ADRs are made, it seems like smooth sailing from there on.

I know...I can't believe its basically only 3 months away!!

I think BBB kinda just floated out of our plans. I've heard mixed things about whether they do adults or not. Grammy and I don't really need it. HOWEVER...I am planning on getting Landon's hair cut for the first time there. :)

They do haircuts in MK at the Barber shop on main street too.

I get to make my ADRs on the 18th and I'm nervous. Are you calling at 7 est? It sucks for us pacific coasters!

Yeah I'm hoping for the barber shop on Main Street for his first hair cut! :goodvibes I can't wait!!

I am calling at 7est  which is 5am for me!! :headache: Isn't it even earlier for you?? Oh well...gotta get those ADR's somehow!! I'm taking the whole day off though. Because a.) who knows how long I'll be on the phone and b.) even if I do get my call in early enough, I won't be ready for work. I usually wake up a tiny bit after 5 but I couldn't call and make my oodles of ADR's!!

:cool1:

I'm so excited for you!!! I hope you get in all the meals you want! Time will start flying by now!

So I called Disney Dining starting at 4:55am this morning waiting for them to open! (Thank you time differences!) JK!! It was fine, especially since I got everything I wanted!! :cool1: :cheer2: :cool1: :cheer2: :cool1: :cheer2:

Here they are:

9/10--Yachtman's Steakhouse 6:00 pm(for parent's 25th anniversary dinner)
9/11--Crystal Palace 8:10 am
Liberty Tree Tavern lunch 11:45 am
1900 Park Fare 7 pm
9/12--Akershus 8:10 am
Coral Reef 11:40 am
Teppen Edo 5:50 pm
9/13--Donald's Safari Breakfast 8 am
Flame Tree Barbeque (no time, counter service)
Artist Point 5:40 pm
9/14--Cape May 8 am
Sci Fi 11:35 am
Big River Grille and Brewing Works (outside company, no ADR's)
9/15--Chef Mickey's 9:30 am
Tony's Town Square 5 pm
9/16--Earl of Sandwich (no time, counter service)

So...there's that!! YAY!!! The only one I am truly reconsidering is Cape May. I am all for Crystal Palace, Akerhus, and Donald's Safari Breakfast because I am SO looking forward to being nearly alone in the parks in the morning...but Cape May is so early and not even in the park and thats my DHS day and I want to be there as early as possible because some of my MUST must-do rides are there!! So...thats why that's the only one I'm reconsidering.

I know most people don't want to get up that early on vacation either for all those character breakfasts, but my son is a pretty early bird!! And there's the time difference anyways, so I'm sure we'd be up at those times anyway, ya know? So why not be meeting characters and all that? I also don't think I'll be feeling "rushed" from ADR to ADR...I would like to get my son out of the hot Florida sun and don't need to do every single thing there is. So yeah! (Sorry I feel like I need to defend my choice for Deluxe since everyone always says how its too much food!!)

Well anyway...

HIP HIP HOORAY!!!!

Hooray for you! I'm so glad you got all the ADRs you wanted....We went to Big River Grille & Brewing Works for the 1st time this year. I loved it!

I cancelled Cape May's breakfast and switched out Teppan Edo for Rose and Crown.
Plus, I finally got rid of the park hopper.

:earboy2: Landon related updates:

Landon has hit SO MANY milestones this month already!! The first couple days in June, he crawled. Then he took his first little steps while we held his hands. Took him a while when he would be standing to learn to move his feet, but he's got it now! :goodvibes Then on Sunday, he cut his first tooth!! (He actually may have done this early, but this was the first day I noticed.) And then last night, he pulled himself all the way up to standing without ANY assisstance!! I'm such a PROUD mommy right now!! :cheer2: Yay Landon!

I certainly don't want to put a damper on your ADRs but have you ever eaten at Rose & Crown? We did for the first time last August and were sorely disappointed. The food looked really good but it tasted just blah. No real flavor to anything. But, we are from Louisiana where we're all about gravies, spices and hot sauce. I have pictures of our meal and my review in my trip report. The link is in my signature.

We gave up hoppers several years ago. After going to WDW for years and years, we realized that we just weren't utilizing the park hoppers enough to justify the cost. Plus, it was just easier for me to plan to stay in one park for one day and make our ADR for that park too. Now, we take the money we saved on park hoppers and buy the water parks and more option.

I went over there and read it. Honestly...I would much rather go to Le Cellier or Tutto Italia...but my mom REALLY REALLY wants to try Rose and Crown. :confused3 Unfortunately, I don't get to pick EVERYTHING! lol

Yeah, I understand the whole dont' get to pick everything situation. My husband and I really liked LeCellier but our kids weren't wowed by it. I also thought about Tutto Italia but our son isn't an Italian food person. Guess where we are eating? Garden Grill! While it's not horrible, it's not great either. Thank goodness we are eating at Coral Reef on our other Epcot day.

Hopefully, you guys will have a good experience at Rose & Crown.

I know...the whole not getting to pick EVERYTHING almost makes me just want to do a solo trip!! I get some serious envy for those people who don't have to deal with other people's opinions!! :lmao:
