6 months in or HALWAY THERE!!!

Well boys and girls its the halfway point (hopefully) of the deployment. Can you believe that its been 6 months? Sometimes it feels like a year and sometimes it certainly doesn't feel like 6 months. I'm just glad I've made it this far. Thank you all for your continued support and prayers and concern while my Matt is gone. I miss him so much but so very proud and supportive of him. We are hoping that within the next 6 weeks he will be home for R&R. We aren't sure the exact time frame so nothing planned right now but hoping for a trip to the World. I appreciate all the continued support and prayers and good thoughts that you can share for a speedy next 6 months.

Oh crap - I can see that we will be pulling an all-nighter binge tonight.....
Sigh..... let me go wrap my body in Saranwrap and go sit in the sauna. I'll be ready to roll in about 1.5 hours - I'll be out front in my little black dress and nobody dare steal *my* RADIANT RED lipstick tonight!

Yeah - the VFWs tonight - and then we're hitting all of the Pubs on Friday for St. Paddy's Day!
