we just returned from 6 days at cr. just a few observations. we had a great room on 9th floor over looking majic kingdom, great view. when we checked in the cast member was very polite, but she was trying to give us a room that was nothing that we had requested. I know it is just a request, but we knew what we wanted so we asked her to check if there was a room available ,she asked a supervisor for help and he quickly gave us exactly what we wanted.
the room was great ,no problems at all.
the only problem we had all week was with the valet desk and drivers. if you call ahead and ask for your car you still had to wait 10 minutes when you got down stairs. on one occassion we called down and asked for the car to be brought up, took our time going down and still when we got there no car. I could see the attendant walking around looking for the car. talked to the person at the desk and was informed that was his supervisor. after watching this for a few more minutes I walked out to the car ,the trunk was open the lights were blinking and the doors were unlocked. he did all this with the remote but still could not find the car. I called him over[lewis] and took the keys from him.
after all that we had a wonderful dinner and a great night. the next day my gf discovered that her roll of quarters for the tolls was gone from the glove box. of course nobody knew what could have happened to it.
even with all that we still had a great vacation and are already planning a return trip.
