do you think there will be a disney transfer to airport in dover

Yes, there is. It's $90 per person from Dover to Heathrow. According to the DCL agent I spoke with, transfers to Gatwick were available as well for the same price.

Good morning,

Apparently we were lucky enough to book a cabin on this awesome cruse last week. Apparently someone must have cancelled after the Labor Day weekend. We are a 5B GTY. DH & I are cursing with our two DD (19 & 13 time of cruise) and are from the Rochester NY area.

Congratulations on joining this sailing. Our first DCL was 4 years ago to the Med. and we booked 2 weeks before sailing on a sold out cruise so I understand :thumbsup2 feeling you must have right now.

 No we are not cursing our two DD!! CRUISING!

While this is true, there are some of us who are just here on the DIS ... and others who post to both places ... so feel free to post here too if you're so inclined! :goodvibes

(Disclaimer ... not trying to start anything or say one is better than the other, or anything like that. Different options suit different people.)
I understand what you are saying, but, the majority of the discussion is elsewhere, although Terri does a great job of cross posting info as she can

I try to post both places, I post more of Facebook, but try to post here when I can too. With all my up vacations and nba season coming up I might be really lost with the big group lol

Really appreciate Terri's cross posts and look forward to her weekly countdowns.

Welcome!

My family is booked on this cruise along with the 9 day cruise before (just joined the groups on that other social network site, please accept my request :goodvibes). We booked opening day, but I haven't looked into the details too much and just now visiting these threads to catchup on everything. I guess I didn't want to get too excited too far out :goodvibes

out of curiosity I checked the Disney website to compare prices today vs when I booked. Looks like I did well with the 9 day cruise, but I can't even pull up this 11 night cruise to price compare. So is this one completely booked up? that is amazing isn't it? I was worried at first that they might be canceling this trip and that is why I can't see it available? But seems like this thread is very active so I am guessing the cruise is booked full?

Anyway, looking forward to catching up on the posts here

Welcome to new cruisers! And yes, speedo, the cruise is sold old--has been for a while. Pretty cool, huh?

Wow, that is cool. This itinerary caught my eye, guess it caught others too . I remember booking day was pretty insane for this, but still to be completely booked, wow. Glad my family has our rooms booked! :goodvibes

As the saying goes, it's a small world. We are from the Rochester area too! My boys will be 22 and 18. We should PM each other more particulars
