Good Morning from chilly Texas...brrrr its abnormally cold here!!!!!!

As far as a seperate thread for the FE...it doesn't matter to me. Kedz and S's mom are y'all participating?

Deck Level...hmm? I'm sure I should know this...Is it on the emails I got? Let me check that out...

Before/After plans.....We are driving in on Wednesday night, staying at a Cocoa Beach hotel on Thursday night and then after the cruise, SLOWLY making our way back home along the gulf coast Tuesday-??? Dh and I are usually obsessive vacation planners so the last leg of our trip is very foreign to us. We are just gonna drive and play it by ear. The only stop we are for sure making is Destin. lol

Its snowy here in Ky also. The kids are home for a snow day. Unfortunately my DD has some sort of a stomach virus, so this is not going to be a fun day for either one of us.

We are driving this trip. We always fly but for some reason plane tickets are outrageous for June. After the trip we're headed to Universal for 3 days. It'll be our first trip there. I'm sure its going to feel weird, and a little depressing, being that close and not going to Disney, but I'll be fine since I have 2 WDW trips between now and June.

I would love to Do Universal this trip, but my DD13 and DD9 want to do Magic Kingdom..So we are heading over to Disney after the Cruise for 3 days..We do Disney soo much I thought the girls would want to try some place different, nope the want Disney

It's snowing, about 22 degrees here in Pa., cruise is really sounding wonderful! Schools were all cancelled today, looks to be about 4-6 inches of snow out there!

Welcome to all joining. June will be a wonderful time....last time my DH and I did the 3 day cruise on the Wonder in February (2009) and it was cold! So looking forward to sitting on the balcony and looking out over the ocean and the warm breeze!

We are on deck 6, both DH and I and my DD and her family.

Disney, Universal, it's all grand, that's for sure! Nice to see the group growing.

SNOW~ ha ha....We've had snow two time in the last two years....a VERY rare occurance! And those were the only times I can remember!!

Fish Extenders - Who is in?

We are staying in the Category 8C GTY. We do not have a room assignment just yet, but I suspect it will come around April, or May maybe

If not at least we will get that or above. I did put a note on my account that I did not want a balcony because of the two year old so we will see.

The way I understand it is:

Each person on this thread that wants to participate, let the coordinator know the following info:
*Cabin Number (when assigned)
*Number of people in cabin participating
*Sex/Age of the participants

Outside of each cabin door there is a fish (this is where Disney puts your 'mail') The 'fish extender' hangs from this fish. A fish extender is basically like a pocket organizer that is usually decorated cute!

The other people participating in the fish extender gift exchange will come by your cabin and leave you little gifts. You do the same for the others. So before your cruise you will need to buy/make gifts for the other participants.

As I understand it the gifts are small tokens that can be anything from candy to handmade ornaments. Anything goes basically. Its up to you do decide how eloborate you want your gifts to be.

The fish extender can be purchased on ebay or you can make your own. The ones on ebay I saw were personalized with each person's name. I am going to TRY to make my own....ha ha! We shall see.

I have gathered this information from reading these boards, please please please correct me if I am wrong. I have never participated in this before.

Are yall gonna decorate your stateroom doors? We are, dd and I have been going thru the threads of graphics to print. She has enjoyed looking at all the choices!

Wow!! Things have been busy here as well. With the snow (I mean ICE storm) that came through the Dallas area, it kept us indoors. I am looking forward to returning to work tomorrow. Gotta get out of the house. It did give me the time I needed to rest. At first, I was not feeling it, but then I realized that last week, was not a good week for me physically. But I am feeling so much better now.

Yes, we will definitely be doing some decorating. I have the "badges" so far.

I figure that I will be back full force planning March 4. That is the day I can start making my reservations. So in the meantime, I will just and see.

I am still planning, and have decided to go to Universal Studios during our stay. It will be our first time there.
