Today was ARGH... waiting for TA to call back concerning the Swan. Looking for gifts for FE. Waiting for TA to call back. looking forward to a few short work weeks coming up to use the rest of my vaca time.

Yep- same weather here. Isn't it supposed to be spring?

I know, right! We get 9-10 months of winter & 2mons, if we are lucky, of summer! We are suppose to live in a 4 season state Ugh!

We're actually crazy here as one of Phila.'s major law firms is closing and we have inherited many of their staff. It's great for job security, but we have movers all over and new staff trying to adjust.

I was due to leave for Florida today for a short stay at Disney and then to visit with my in-laws for Easter, but things were too busy around here so I cancelled last week ... now I wish I was there

Sorry to hear you had to cancel I saw you were from Bucks Cty. We lived in Doylestown for 5 years when my husband was stationed at the Naval Air Station Willow Grove. He also did his residency at St Christopher's Children's hospital and I worked at Jefferson. Bucks County is so pretty when it snowed. Always reminded me of Courier and Ives cards with all the old stone houses there!

YES!!! I had to call back & found out my TA may have changed positions. But they were able to get me a reservation for $110.

Now, I have to cancel my other hotel.... NO MORE CHANGES!!!


I, also, found some really cute FE cabin gifts.

DD has already made friends with a few 8th graders who are cruising! Now DS is wanting to make more friends so if there are any other 6th graders cruising, he would love to chat! Most of his text and email buddies are girls. He'll be hanging out in Ocean quest. Feel free to PM me if interested. This has been a great way to get to know others before the vacation. I feel like we are now going on the cruise with lots of friends!

The kids for our Trans Atlantic Cruise started their own thread for the cruise. That might be an idea for all of the teenagers/older kids on this cruise???

Now this might sound crazy to some of you but I just got my electric bill and it is UNDER $300 for the first time in 4 years!!!!!!

CA is terrible when it comes to electric rates. What an exciting day!!!!

Oh boy, I can't to move to VA we will have so much extra money each month I might have to book another cruise! LOL

Now this might sound crazy to some of you but I just got my electric bill and it is UNDER $300 for the first time in 4 years!!!!!!

CA is terrible when it comes to electric rates. What an exciting day!!!!

Oh boy, I can't to move to VA we will have so much extra money each month I might have to book another cruise! LOL

I definately think your electric bill will be less in VA. My mom lives next foor to us, so it's 2 seperate houses and our bill is only about $200.00.

Yes, I'm getting a van from port to MCO. We still plan to fly out at 12:10pm, although I just realized today I did not book the airfare yet! I was waiting for those $55 flights like my Dsis got going to MCO on june 12. Now the flight is $119 on June 20! I'm hoping they drop, but may need to book and just hold the credit when they go lower.

Cancel the rental car and go with us in the DCL Transfers. Since we are all at the same hotel, going to DTD, dinner...and port we might as well ride to port together and start our party early!!!!!

Maybe since we closed off the FE for any new people to add we could get a copy of the spreadsheet now and then closer to the cruise with updated cabin numbers? I know sometimes people personalize things with first names and family names. I am still up in the air about our 2 gifts but this information would probably be helpful.

I totally understand! and it so sad that we are happy about things like that but it is a lot of money!!!!

It looks like with the exchange it would be easy to lets say for example. We have DS age 6 and DS age 9. And for those just exchange with one of the other age DS 6 year old and other DS 9 year old. Because it will not matter if there is an even or odd number because eveyone can just have someone else. Because I don't think we have any ages where there is just 1 and if so then just add them to the age group and sex that is closest to them.
This way it is simple and we can just worry about buying for same ages ,etc that we have. And can worry about names later.
That was the way it was done on the last cruise that had it.

Since I now have all of the names and ages for the cabins, I will be creating another spreadsheet at home(easier this time because I know how to do it LOL), since I can't use the one from the floppy disk at home. I will create this and sending it out this evening, but don't know how to attach it to our thread. Can someone tell me how to do it, or DH will be home about 4:30 and can show me. I'm off work today- no power at Jordan's school, but we are running errands until this afternoon, so I'll be working on it then. Let me know if any suggestions on another way to get it to you guys, I could also email it to you. Let me know.

P.S. Jordan and I are going out to get some things for our FE gifts today.
