6/13/2009 Western on Magic- Our Cruise Chat Continues!

Looks like DH will be joining us for the land portion, which I am excited for too since Father's Day is that Sunday! We'll be in DHS that day - have not made any dining ressies but now I think we should (if we can find any!!). This will be our first time at WDW without a rental car (we like the convenience) but I convinced DH it wouldn't be worth the expense plus the S&D charges for parking (I'm the frugal one in the family! ) Has anyone made dining ressies for Father's Day? Are they hard to get? We've dined at I think every park restaurant. We should count our WDW trips - I think this will be #18 or 20 for me and DH, # 15 for DD. Can you say ADDICTED????

Just got off the phone with Disney Dining. They have openings at Shula's Steakhouse (Dolphin), Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht club), Flying Fish Cafe (Boardwalk resort) for Father's Day. We chose Flying Fish at 5:35pm to celebrate. We booked lunch at the Rose and Crown for Mon June 22nd at 1pm in Epcot. No luck at Le Cellier for lunch or dinner (Canada). We have yet to eat there. That's a hard one to get! OK, off this computer to do some work! My company is having this huge sale, and I've got lots of orders to enter! More money for Disney!!!

Please reconfirm your Private Room reservation with the PALO Team at the Palo Dining Session (Rockin' Bar D's -deck 3 forward) on embarkation day from 1:00pm to 3:30pm.

• Age
o Guests must be 18 years or older to dine at Palo.
• Dress Code
Jeans are not allowed for dinner or brunch:
o Men - A dress shirt or jacket is required.
o Women - A dress or pantsuit is recommended.
• Cancellation
o 100% of the Palo Dining Option of $15 per Guest is applied to the Guests' folio, when the Guests do not show or have not cancelled by 2:00 PM the night the reservation is confirmed.

Speaking of WDW after the cruise we is everyone eating?

We are doing these places:
1)CRT ( Cindys Royal table - castle ! ) we eat there every time and the boys love being up in the castle. It is really for boys as it is for girls if no one has been there before and wondering.
2)Garden Grill
3) Bomas
4)HWV ( Hollywood and Vine)
5) Marrakesh
This will be the 1st time we won't do the Crystal Palace. but of well can't do everything.

I got out all my summer capris/shorts.... UGH! Only 3 out of 7 fit. Good thing, we are going shopping tomorrow. Need tank tops, too!

Rooms 2011 and 2021 .... Taina, looks like you are going to be right between my two rooms ... it will make for easy FE delivery for many.

We have 2013 and my sister has 2015! Oh I can't wait to cruise! Where in Bucks County are you? We lived in Doylestown for 5 years! Loved the area!!!

How did your first day go?

Jayde & I will be shopping to fill our suitcases. Unfortunately, shopping w/a teenager is not easy! She likes one thing & I like another. Also, she has a difficult time finding things to fit her shape. ARGH!!!
