It was during the Year of a Million Dreams. How cool!!!!

Someone posted this on another thread about the new menus:

"Just want to say that we did the Galley Tour on the Magic last week and I asked our tour leader - Chef Rocco - about the new menus and he said that the Magic will have the new menus starting June 13th (for some reason I think he said the 14th - but that's a Sunday so he must have meant the 13th). I also noticed several pictures of the new dishes under signs posted "Coming Soon" on our way out of the kitchen at the end of the tour."

So I guess we'll be the guinea pigs!!

NO! I am so picky as it is. Oh well.....we shall see!

OMG I love being a food guinea pig That is just one more thing for us to all be excited about woohoo!!!!!

As long as I don't have to cook it or do the dishes, I'm sure I'll like just about anything!

NO! I am so picky as it is. Oh well.....we shall see!

I'm very picky as well, I don't like onions or green peppers on or in anything- so I have issues with alot of food. But I could always count on getting a steak- I hope they don't take my steak away!!

I live in Alpharetta and haven't seen anything on our news or TV. ETA: I just emailed the link and story to our Atlanta news TV station and asked them to do a story. I'll post if they do!

Sound exciting. EVERYONE will be waiting to hear our trip reports now!

Diane-you sure have agreat kid-he's been great about keeping in touch with everyone.

Is next week's cruise stopping in Mexico?

Thank You! I think he is a great kid too but who doesn't think that about their own kid? He gets along with anyone but acts more like an adult than a kid. He tends to be a leader and communicates better with adults than anyone else.

Hey Everyone!!!! I made it thru the day and I have two doses of antibiotic so I should def have a better night


I am so excited that my sister finally decided to jump on the boards and chat some with the rest of the Disney Crazed Peeps!!!! I told her it was an addiction but a very nice one


So I have to cook some dinner now that I am home..... hmmmmmmm
I am not the cook that would be my litl sis!!! She is a FABULOUS cook and I am so glad she inherited that gift from our mom Toooo bad she lives in another state

my son -turning 13 tomorrow-Brandon is very excited for the cruise. He has enjoyed getting to know Ben and Larry, but since Larry will be with the older teens I was wondering if there are any others who will be in Ocean Quest who want to get to know each other before the cruise. If so pm me and I can give you our email address. It seems like a great group of kids on here.

I still need to get at least one new dress and a new bathing suit, but am waiting hoping to lose a little weight first.

Last year Layne was in the stack and he was 13!!! He just went right in and he did great!!! I think it is whatever the child feels comfortable with!

Also side note He did the teen excursion back in November and really had a great time

Hello there!! I think that is so cool that this is a surprise for Layne!!! I told Megan about him..she is also in band and plays trumpet! She is kind of struggling with the end of 8th grade...she is doing great but just has too much going on!!! So when will the surprise be revealed??? I can't wait to hear his reaction! I am getting more and more excited about this trip....it's getting closer!!!!!

Welcome to new and returning folks for the cruise. I would prefer to not have a scheduled time to distribute FE gifts, I am on vacation I have to follow enough schedules when I am at work. Really looking forward to meeting everyone at the departure meet.

I think we have alot of jr high band members. DD Kaitlyn plays flute in 8th grade honors band. She has a pre district concert rehersal tonight at school and I am leaving in a few minutes to pick her up, then off to piano lessons. DS Ben plays drums in 6th grade concert band. We have spring concerts for both, plus Kaitlyn's piano recital this month, and Kaitlyn's band competitions this Sat. Ben has his next Sat. May is super busy for us music wise!

OK! So I too have been lurking We are on this trip with a large group of friends. Got all 6 cat 12 gty's bumped to cat 9's. Yipee for the split baths!! Gotta love my TA. This is 10th DCL cruise for us but we still get just as excited. Will plan to come to the meet in the promenade lounge and say hello to everyone.

You will love Deck 1 .... so quiet and the split bath is great esp at the dinner time rush.

Plus the photo of your husband and girls is a treasure.
