5th Birthday & Surprise Disney Trip

We are driving to Baltimore on the evening of my DS's 5th birthday. The kids think we are spending a week in Baltimore while DH is at a conference. The conference is actually in Orlando and we will be flying out the following morning.

I would like the birthday boy to open a present from us that night at the motel with a t-shirt saying something like "I'm 5 and we're going to Disney World". Then we'll see how long it takes the other two to actually read the shirt and figure it out. I'll probably also need t-shirts for my other two kids (DD11-Eeyore and DS8-Stitch) with some kind of message about being surprised with a Disney trip as well. Birthday boy's favorite is Mickey Mouse!

Anyone have any ideas?

Also, since I have checked out these threads and know that you all have beautiful/wonderful/creative ideas, what do I do when I find one I like. I've never done this before and since I'm pretty computer challenged, I'm hoping there are easy instructions!!!
