Hi everyone. I have 545 points for rent or transfer from Animal Kingdom home resort. I also have several hundred Polynesian points with the same use year and expiration. These points need to be used within the next 100 days, since they all expire on August 31st, 2025.

I am asking for $18 per point, but I would let them go for $17 if you can take 250 or more.

I will consider making reservations for even single days, or about 15 points, minimum.

I will either need to make the reservations for you, or else can transfer the points into your DVC account, if you are a member.

These points are good at any resort that has availability before the end of August, but the available reservations are shrinking fast. Old Key West and Saratoga Springs still have a lot of good days and units available, but other resorts are very much hit and miss. However, I will check for you, so book early.

To meet the expiration date, your vacation must be finished by August 31st.

I am a very experienced DVC Member and Renter, and I can probably answer a lot of your questions about anything to do with Disneyworld. I have rented to many people and would be willing to give references if desired. I have 4 DVC memberships, and over 1000 DVC points per year. I often take 3 or 4 trips per year to Disney, but despite 3 trips this year I did not use up all my points, so I need to rent these.

- Date of check in and date of check out
- Number of guests, including ages of any children in the group

OKW has a 1 bedroom available for those dates. There are some studios at OKW that are available for 3 or 4 nights, but I feel very confident that if we put those on a WAITLIST REQUEST, we could get them confirmed for all of the nights by reserving the 1 bedroom now (so you have SOMETHING) and then have the system automatically replace the 1 bedroom with the studio, when the studio becomes available from the waitlist.

Some studios with GARDEN VIEW or RESORT VIEW are available for ONLY ONE NIGHT at Boardwalk. We could try that on a Waitlist Request, but I am not nearly as conident that it would be filled in time.

AKV does not have ANY of those nights available in the CLUB LEVEL. But there are some Savannah View Studios that have 3 nights at either Jambo or Kidani and some RESORT VIEW (Standard View) rooms that are available for 1 of those nights. Like with OKW, I am very confident that we could pick up all of the nights at either Jambo or Kidani, in either the Resort View or the Savannah View, if we put in a Waitlist Request. I would suggest, once again, that you might want to book the 1 bedroom that is fully available for those nights at OKW, and then replace it automatically with the Waitlist when the Waitlist Request comes through.

Both OKW and AKV are VERY large and will almost certainly have some turnover that will open up the Waitlist Requests at those resorts.

I am allowed to put in ONLY 2 WAITLIST REQUESTS to be active at any one time, so you would need to let me know which of those you might prefer.
