50th Dessert Plates?

Happy May 5th, everyone!

Hey, did you see the 50th anniversary dessert plates on Mouseplanet? Here's the link: http://www.mouseplanet.com/more/mm050504asb.htm, scroll down to the bottom of the page.

$30.00 does seem a bit steep, but I'm tempted to get one just because, well, I'm a sucker for all things Disney! I'm sure I'd regret not getting one, but I don't know if I want to spend the money.

Any thoughts?

I was thinking the same thing! I'll keep my eyes peeled for more information, but Mouseplanet is the only place I've seen them mentioned. It would look cool in DD's room, right above her poster of Sleeping Beauty's castle!

You don't get to pick which plate, they're releasing the set over the course of the year, right now all they have out is the first one. There was no mention of how many of these plates they produced, but they are beautiful fine china. I'm hoping to be able to collect the full set.
