The 10 days prior to vacation was from back when they sent complimentary ones. Someone has just not updated that automatic response.

All MagicBands preordered with a Disney resort stay are now shipped within a few days of placing and paying for the order.

Yes, but if you order bands within 10 days of your trip, they won't send them.

That warning is on everything in CA. If I'm not mistaken, I saw it posted on the side of the Grand Californian main building. Like, yeah, maybe I won't lick the building.

Well, the building is not made of BPA plastic...the bands are. Yes, I see the CA P65 warnings on a lot of things. I would not put them on my wrist.
