50's Prime Time or Sci-Fi?

Another vote for Sci-Fi. I think the food is better and like the atmosphere better too.

I've never been to the 50's restaurant but I've been to the sci-fi twice and I'm not too thrilled with the restraunt. It is dark and the sci-fi movies aren't entertaining in my opinion. The concept is neat but maybe it needs to be updated. I'd try the 50's restraunt. Just my opinion. Good luck!

The atmosphere would be better for the kids at Sci-Fi. We hated the food there, but the atmosphere was fun. We love the 50's Prime Time Cafe, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is fun as well...I think I would choose what you prefer more...atmosphere or good food.

I guess if you know ahead of time your not getting a gourmet meal but a good burger & shake than the place should be fine.

Could I make a lunch ADR at 50's and use our TS credits and then make a dinner ADR at Sci-Fi and then just get some milkshakes and an appetizer to share (pay out of pocket)? Will they be upset if we don't order a full meal at Sci-Fi? That way I could get the better food at 50's and get to check out the atmosphere at both.

I've heard (read) people who don't really love the food at Sci-Fi, but we have always really enjoyed it. We go there for lunch, and I've never had the burger, but always been happy with my food. The kids love sitting in the cars, and it is so nice and dim and quiet in there, it is a great break from the sun and the heat. I'm not in love with a lot of the other choices in HS, but we all love Sci Fi.

We're going in October and have never done a TS at DHS. I am debtating between 50's Prime Time and Sci-Fi. We have 3 kids, 10, 7, & 4. The 50's menu looks more appealing to me over Sci-Fi but I am wondering if the atmosphere at Sci-Fi would be better with the kids? Advice please!

We went to 50's Prime Time last year. The food was pretty good but the kids (boys ages 12, 9, 6) hated it. We did tell them about the waitress's 'schtick', but they were still put off and didn't enjoy it at all. Plus they were disappointed that all the TVs were in black & white!
