We lunched at the 50's Prime Time, and we had a blast! The theming in there is so much fun to look at! Our server's name was "Aunt Brenda" and right away she scolded our entire group for having our elbows on the table! :lmao: Then we had to set the table! :lmao: When we were done "eating everything on our plates" she asked us if we wanted to eat desert or want to go back outside and play! :lmao: "Aunt Brenda" made a lady at the table beside us "sit in the corner" because she kept putting her elbows on the table! The food was great, too! :thumbsup2 We decided that we have to eat here on future trips!

Who else loves this place as much as me?!?! :cheer2:

We love it! It is a must do for us! Last visit Auntie Claire fed my dad via the airplane in the hanger method! It was great!

We loved it, too!!! We had Cousin Manny - he's the best! I even had to stand in the corner for tattling on my DH when he put his elbows on the table. Post #47 of my TR goes into detail about it. We will definately be going back there next time.

I love to read other's experiences! :thumbsup2

Dh reminded me that Aunt Brenda said we weren't allowed to ride TOT for 30 minutes after eating! :lmao:

We had a great experience there too. We were able to get in with without ADR's with like a 5 minutes wait.

Same for our group! :) We had 7 of us total.

We love PTC, we also had Aunt Brenda when we went. She made my sister stand in the corner and our whole section had to take two fingers and shake them at her saying " Momma doesnt like naughty girls" her 15 year old son LOVED it.

"Momma's house is no stable, so keep your elbows off her table"
Thats what our waiter told us.

Thanks for all sharing these wonderfull word for PTC!

We are going in January and weren't sure of if it was a good choice or nut!

But as I can read we'll have lots of fun! :rotfl:

My husband actually dislikes 50's Prime Time. Their food is great, but he doesn't like when the waiters act. I on the other hand think he is nuts, and will continue to drag him there for every trip. LOL! :rotfl2:

Rock on ...... :smooth:

We went here when we were there in August and I have to say the food was good but our waiter was nothing like what you are describing. I was really looking forward to it and he was kind of boring. I think he couldn't be bothered with us as there were larger parties in the next room he seemed to be having much more fun with and we were only 4. It was a little disappointing, I was hoping for him to tease the kids a little more. I will go back but I think the women tend to do better with the kidding and stuff.

Please give it another try. Next time you go ask for Brenda or Manny. Manny had some of the tables in our section and he was great! Maybe some others can remember the name of a fun server they had. :)

My DD10 tricked me into getting in trouble. She had crayons and her placemat and asked me to sign it - which I did, without thinking. Then when our Aunt came to the table DD complained I had scribbled on her place mat - when I looked it was totally covered with scribbles and I said "I didn't do that"

and then DD said to our Aunt "look she signed it" and there was my signature

Our Aunt made the whole restaurant say 'for shame, for shame' and then I had to sing I'm a little teapot. :rotfl:

we love prime time! a friend of mine told me it was a must do, so of course we listened

we got tipped off about the soap (its blue!) and then my dad told the waiter (Big Brother, cant remember his name but he was great) that we were lying, and he made the whole area do shame shame shame at us while we held hands and skipped to the bathroom

my dad and brother had to sing 'I'm a little teapot' and my dad had to stand in the corner for tattling, while our waiter made a kid from the next table run around with his little mermaid bib like a superman cape

it is such a fun restaurant, they detailed it perfectly, and if you get a good waiter you will want to keep visiting every time!

I made an ADR for 50's Prime Time. Sounds like so much fun. Looking forward it.

This is one of the only restaurants we repeat each time. We love the food (fried cheese appetizer and those desserts!) and the atmosphere. Here is our waiter "Cousin" spoon feeding my 5 year old who didn't want to eat anymore...
