Am I the only one getting this message when I click on links?

What does it mean?

Too many people on the DIS for it to keep up??

Cause
The 503 Service Unavailable error is an HTTP status code that means the web site's server is simply not available at the moment. This is usually due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server.

Resolution

Come back later. The 503 Service Unavailable error is a common error message on very popular websites when a huge increase in traffic by visitors (that's you!) is overwhelming the servers.

As more and more visitors leave the website, the chances of a successful page load for you increases.

It's been happening to me a lot lately too. I finally had to switch browsers from firefox to explorer and it's quit doing that for now.

I was getting them a lot yesterday. I cleared my cache, and I'm working fine now.

It's been happening to me a lot lately too. I finally had to switch browsers from firefox to explorer and it's quit doing that for now.

This is exactly what I had to do. I am only on Explorer for the DIS board.

I use a Mac, and when I get that error, I have to delete my cookies and the error stops.
