500+ Points for Rent as Low as $13/pt

I have 500+ points to rent for stays checking in up to 11 months in advance at AKL, BCV, SSR, OKW and VWL, and up to 7 months in advance at all DVC resorts. Points may be available for transfer, depending on the resort and timing.

** Minimum rental size is 200 points per room **

Cost per point to rent is:
$13.00 for 300+ points
$13.50 for 250-299 points
$14.00 for 200-249 points

PLUS
+$2.00/pt to book BCV or VWL more than 7 months in advance
+$1.00/pt to book AKL more than 7 months in advance

Example: 275 points at Beach Club checking in 10 months from now would be $15.50/pt ($13.50 + $2.00).

I can’t book Bay Lake, Boardwalk, Polynesian or Grand Floridian more than 7 months in advance.

I’m an experienced renter and use a simple electronic rental agreement and accept payment via PayPal.

I checked availability for you. Looks like there's currently a 1BR at Old Key West for 2 nights checking in 12/27 available. It's 80 points -- and unfortunately I have a 200 point rental minimum. You can probably find another member to rent that to you, though! Good luck!

Congratulations!!! I'd love to help, but unfortunately your trip overlaps with marathon weekend, so DVC resorts are booked pretty solid from 1/4 through 1/8. You could probably find a DVC room for the first couple nights of your trip, but that's about it. Sorry!
