500+ Points for Rent -- As Low as $11/pt

I have 500+ points to rent for stays up to 11 months out at most DVC resorts (7 months out at BLT, GFV, BWV). I use a simple electronic rental contract and accept payment via PayPal.

Points are not available for transfer.

** Minimum rental size is 200 points per room -- no exceptions, sorry! **

Rental price per point is:
$11.00 if you rent 400 or more points
$11.50 if you rent 350-399 points
$12.00 if you rent 300-349 points
$12.50 if you rent 250-299 points
$13.00 if you rent 200-249 points

Is it to early to rent for April2015? Is the 11 months thru 3/15 right now, I will be interested in a 7 nights starting 4/6/15, probably to early at this time, let me know thanks!
