50/50 @ 11-months?

If I get 100 points at OKW and 100 points at BCV, can I reserve 200 points at one resort at the 11-month window; or do I have to reserve the 100 I own at that resort, then hope to add on the other 100 at the 7-month break?

The 11 month window only applies to the points you own at that resort. The points can not be combined until the 7 month mark.

But remember that you can also bank and borrow into each contract to have more points available at the 11 mos window every other (or every 3rd) year.
