5 Rooms booked, can I view all online?

I have 5 staterooms booked and I want to add them all to my account online so I can view and change stuff. I've added a total of 4 so far, but I see a little disclaimer:

"Adding more than 4 staterooms per cruise will limit your ability to plan across staterooms"

What does this mean? Should I not add the 5th stateroom?

I want to change our dining to Main (I guess I missed the choosing of that when I booked). I've changed 4 of them but to change the fifth, I need to add it.
