5 leftover points

Helloooo newbie question. I'm a brand new owner and have booked all the points I'm going to use and have been able to rent out most of the rest, but I have 5 points remaining that expire July 31 (August use year). These are points that were banked from 2024. Aside from borrowing a few from 2025 for a 1 night reservation, what are my other options for these 5 points?

Assuming resale points, I think about the only option is to throw them into Interval International. Has to be done 45 days before 7/31. I think that extends their life by 2 years, as I recall. No, 5 points won't be enough to actually exchange into anything, but if you had points in future years you wanted to deposit into II for an exchange, they could be combined with those 5 points.

If they're direct points, there are more exchange options, but you'd probably have to borrow points for any of those to be viable, and, aside from using MMB to buy an AP, none of them are probably very good values.

Worst case you could pick a number (5? 10? 15?) and say you’d offer them here on the Transfer board…

People can only do one transfer per year, so they’d probably only take them if it was a good price…

Not really much since you have to have points for one night.
