I've heard that you can get them unstuffed and then take them to the store to be stuffed. I haven't tried that yet and have always received them already made. On a side note, our turkey from last year came undone in the back and we just took him to the store to be fixed. My DD7 was thrilled to discover that they still give them all a heart when ordered online.
