I think the price on the 5:3 is $179, the deluxe is $269, and the premium is $389.
5:3 -> deluxe = $90
5:3 -> premium = $210
I've got an upcoming trip with some 5:3 passes and I'm debating to myself whether upgrading one of them to an AP would pay for itself in discounts. Probably not, but I haven't convinced myself yet.

DaddyDeuce is correct in how it is calculated. (I did not double check his prices.) Also remember that if a car is a factor in your visits, the premium includes parking which eliminates the $12/day at M&F.
You can also add parking to any AP lower than a premium.
