I would go exactly with this list.

On this topic, Marie and I have commented at times, when we see on the oldies channels, actors like Lou Costello, Oliver Hardy, Raymond Burr and others, how they looked so heavy in years past, but now still appear overweight, but not as huge as they once appeared. We attribute that to the fact that many more people today in everyday life are overweight, making these actors from the past looking less overweight than we once thought.
