$5 Below children to size 12 raincoat not plastic

I found this rain coat $5, It is not the true plastic material, it feels like a nylon or some type of threading in it for comfort. They had the duck and a blue one.
Fits up to size 12. dgs is 57 in 71lbs and has a lot of room in it. Hated having the plastic one tear, and kiddo hated the plastic.

Thanks! DD has a raincoat from the Totes Outlet, this week she wore it and ripped 2 plastic snaps off it!

There were no photos on $5 Below website, so I have the image from another site when I did a search for Duck raincoat. I did not pick up the blue one to look at it. The one at $5 Below is $5, the other website was $16.

At Walgreens they have Child and Adult Disney plastic rain Jackets I bought the last trip, but my teen dd's tore. I did get another as it was Princesses, Pink, and a jacket.

Are there actually drawstrings at the neck? I believe those have all been banned by the cpsc. Www.cpsc.gov. Might want to cut them out to be safe!

That may be, ds told me something about the strings and taking the draw off. I have not seen it since then. I will ask him. I guess one of my velcro dots would hold it closed if need be. But the material is amazing. I hated those plastic things.
