Thank you so much for organizing this:goodvibes The first entry is correct. On the FE list: Adnil530 2 adults, dd 15 and dd 10.

Thanks again for volunteering and doing an awesome job:thumbsup2

Hi everyone.

I'm on this cruise also; I've actually been booked for a year now......

Looking at the list of fellow cruisers; I see a fair amount of you have 10 yr olds.... my dd is 10 and she will be in the kids club- I was just curious if most of you plan to keep your 10 yr olds in the kids club and not ask to put them in the new Edge?.... I've noticed a lot of folks in the cruise forum are planning to ask to move their 10 yr olds up to Edge and I'm hoping my dd will have other 10 yr olds to play with in the kids club......

Happy planning!

My dd10 will be staying in the kids club. I haven't thought about moving her up. She'll be old enough on our December cruise.

I need to get back to going through the excursions. I've made notes on a few of them and will sort them out by price and desire.

Just booked our first excursion in Ketchikan, Southwest Sea Kayaks. Looking to do the Mendenhall Glacier Float in Juneau but still totally confused about what to do in Skagway. I think we need to do something on land.

Did you do SouthEast or Southwest (I couldn't find Southwest just southeast)? Do you have a link?

It is Southeast. http://www.kayakketchikan.com/ I read good reviews on Trip Advisors.

Ahhhh - I've been looking at them as well as the reviews were really good. Hubby wanted to do canoeing but I've been trying to push him towards Kayaking. I think I've got him convinced to do the Kayaking - we were looking at doing the 100PM time on that day - which time will you guys be doing?

Here's some info that could interest a few people (especially if trying to decide which town for which activity); a list of cruise ships in port when we are

We just booked today. Family of 4 me, DH, DD Abby 17, DD Sydney 16. This will be our 4th cruise on Disney and our first to Alaska. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I just did the 1:00 Orca trip.

I'm not cruising until later in the summer, but wondering if the excursion times don't show up online until they can actually be booked? I've looked at them previously trying to coordinate if family does two different excursions at the same time, but couldn't find times yet.

I don't think you can see times until you are able to book. I believe there are some who able to book now so they might be able to get times for you.

On our last cruise someone started a kids thread. He did meet someone he hung out with a bit. He is on the older side now but was wondering if any other of the kids/teens wanted to get one going. Anyone think their kids would be interested?

My daughters like to meet/chat prior to the cruising also. My dd14 (15 at cruise time) met friends on the kids/teen thread and then hooked up on facebook. Our dd10 chatted on the boards and was glad to be familiar with some of the kids at port and onboard. I went ahead and started a kids/teen thread and I will have my daughters post later today.

Thanks for starting the link because I would have no idea how to do it. I will have my son post when he gets up, could be a while because we don't usually see him until about noon on Saturdays.

That is so funny. That is why I said later in day, my daughter won't emerge until "later in the day" also..:rotfl:

I see we are both in CA.
