The floating platform slides are expected to be done for the summer of 2010. That will put this cruise in the running if everything goes well. I want reports since I don't get to go till fall. It is my understanding that this is a whole family playground. So adults are welcomed!!!!! It is about time. Should be loads of fun. Lois

It was very nice to meet you and your husband also! Maybe the four of us can hook up onboard for a drink and compare our favorite OCNJ spots! My husband discovered the Varsity Inn, so he dragged me there for about 5 different meals

hi everyone - just got off the "Rescue" Wonder - and had a "WONDERful" time.
Booked this May Day Double Dip bringing my brother, sister-in-law and 13 yr old niece.
Offered her a trip to Atlantis or a double dip - she chose the cruise, so I can't wait to return!! (That's my girl!!!)

Well, I feel like a minority being from Western PA. DH is a big Phillies fan though, (he isn't from any part of PA). So, you can't dislike this Steeler loving girl too much.

We are still in for this cruise!

After a long discussion last night at the dinner table, the boys both conceded that they really would like another cruise. Steve felt that both Colton and I going to Orlando with the band in April put a financial restraint that kept us from cruising in May. Sooooooo, Colton will go with the band, without a parent. I asked Steve (he's a pharmacist) if I should start taking Prozac now, so come April I won't be so stressed about him leaving? Thank goodness for cellphones and the fact that I have known some of the Moms for nearly 12 years. I know they will keep an eye on him for me. I'll still be a mess. The Umbilical cord won't reach that far! He also has been to USO at least 5 times, so he is comfortable in the park...it's just so far away.....
The plan is:
Colton to go with the band in April to USO.
The Family to go on DCL in May, then transfer to our timeshare and use the last 5 days of our unexpiring park ticket. (Man, I'm going to go from everything being done for me, to having to do everything at the condo!) The Condo trips are usually pretty cheap trips. The only expense we have that week is food, and we'll have breakfast and some dinners at the condo, lunch will be the expense...as well as a few dinners....ohana, boma, lecellier...it's so hard to choose!
So, keep us on the list!!!! Steve, 46, Pharmacist, Michele 42, SAHM, Colton 15 Connor 13.(ages at time of cruise) We are from Charleston, WV (Altho, Steve and I were born and raised in Cleveland, OH. Go Tribe!) We have our room numbers, 6582 and 6583..across the hall from each other, one balcony, one inside. and we'd love to participate in the Fish Extender Exchange! Let me know if there is any other info you need!
Time to get busy around the house! Steve's parents and aunt are coming to stay next weekend to watch the boys in band and football. You ladies know what it's like to have company! Mary Poppins I am not and this house is not Spit Spot!!! I'll get it done though!!! Some how, some way!

Okay, we are back on the maybe list for this cruise! After watching the live feed of D23, we are thinking of transferring this reservation to an Alaska Cruise in 2011! It really all depends on HOW MUCH are they going to ask us to pay. I plan on calling Sept 28th, with the thousands of other folks. We won't be on the first cruise since the kids will still be in school, but we'll probably do mid June. Then we'll be sure the kids won't miss the last few days of school and still be back in time for football and band to start! I'll keep you posted!

Well, we're off to the World in the early morning! We leave for the Philadelphia Airport at 4 am! I'm so excited and have many, many exciting things planned for the week.

Hello - I just booked this cruise today for DH and I, woo-hoo! My BFF and her family (she has an 11 year old son) will be joining us as well. Two days at CC, just wonderful!

Yes, I'm still lurking. Even tho I had to cancel this cruise, this was to be my 1st and I really feel an attachment to it. Now because of my daughters wedding I have had to push my date out to 2/19/10 or, if I'm really lucky and have been sprinkled with just the right amount of pixie dust I hope to get on the panama canal cruise.

Good morning, we just booked this cruise on Sunday. We are booking this cruise for my 30th Birthday. My actual birthday is the day before the cruise. We were going to skip cruising in 2010 to save up money to go on the new ship, but I just couldn't resist when my DH volunteered to take me for my 30th birthday.

We will be bringing my twin step DD's(13), my DH(40) and me(30). This will be my 9th cruise, my DH's 5th cruise and my DD's 2nd cruise.
