No place like Florida??? I seem to remember a big swirling mass of clouds hovering over the entire state of Florida just 4 months ago. Don't tell me you forgot about that already! :earseek:

It is Little Gymnast here. There has also been tons of rain. It has been VERY VERY VERY CCCCCCOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLLLLDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :earboy2: :teleport:

VERY VERY COLD?? I think your family needs a trip back North to remind you what VERY VERY COLD is really all about! (we are supposed to have 8 inches of snow tomorrow with wind chills of 10 - 20 BELOW ZERO!)

by the way KT is very excited to see you next month.

take care and good luck with your meets. :cheer2:

OK now I know we are in trouble. Turned on the weather channel and Jim Cantore is in CHICAGO! That can't be good. Can you say blizzard! :D

Just wanted to say good night using color, SINCE ALL I WILL SEE TOMORROW IS WHITE. Can you tell I am not crazy about snow.

Thank you again Amanda, love the law!

So that was YOU outside my shower!!!:scratchin :scared:

Can't a guy catterwahl in private??

Try this one:

There's no place like Arizona, there's no place like Arizona......
No snow, no hurricanes, no earthquakes..........

And yes, Mary...to me it looks like "Crappy's" also!

Won one game, lost one game. I didn't take any chances on the continuing bad luck this week...I didn't play.

Stay warm, stay dry, wishing the snow away...far, far away!!

DD does not know it yet, but she gets to work in the yard today. It is going to be in the 70's which makes this time of year perfect for yard work. The summer is to hot to work outside.

We decided that everything is coming out and more grass is going in.

I'll bet you $100 that I will NOT lose a single orange tree or palm tree in this snow storm!

I'd be glad to send you some oranges for juicing... you'll need that vitamin C to keep the winter germs away!

I've got 14 orange trees that are about ready to tip over if I don't find a home for all these oranges. The hurrincanes DID damage about half the fruit, but, that still leaves me with more than I can do anything with!!! My kids like OJ 'from the store', not from the tree... they don't know what they're missing!!!!

Eventually, they fall off the tree, and the armadillos eat them. I think I have the best fed household pests in town!

Good morning Cruisers!
We sail in 70 weeks!

Woo Hoo! Another week closer!

We got dumped on last night with snow but it looks like the worst is over. Ready for a nice quiet day at home.

Some people might suggest you take up wine making. You can use all those oranges to make fine orange wine!?

Oh wow. Oranges straight from the tree?? Yummmmm.

We got our shipment of Honeybells a couple of days ago. There is nothing like a Honeybell on a wintery day. Makes me actually feel the Florida sunshine! :sunny:

Here in Ohio we don't go out and pick oranges on a day like today. We do what I'm doing now....simmering a pot of homemade chicken noodle soup on the stove. Mmmmm.... I'll bet warm chicken noodle soup doesn't even sound appealing to most of you way down south right now!

Here's the e-mail I just sent to my family and friends who are getting buried by snow right now... (it's -5 in my hometown)...:D

For Rent:
Cozy sleep-sofa for 2; fresh squeezed OJ in the AM; not a snowflake or negative degree in sight. Free parking. Reasonable rates. First come, first served. Call xxx-xxx-xxxx for details.

:tongue:Soup is always good! It's funny- I do miss those 'tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich' days- so now, instead of those days being when the mercury drops below 30, it's now when it drops below 60. Its only supposed to be 50 here tomorrow... brrrr.

It's a good day to celebrate a T O P !pirate:

This was taken just a few minutes ago. We are on a main street so we've already been plowed a few times which of course turns the snow from white to yuck!

Wait, I remember something from not too long ago. Care to rephrase that? "No snow, no hurricanes, no earthquakes, the occasional tornado...":confused3

Mary, it's pretty, but it looks cooooold. Lisa would not survive there, either one!

Stay warm, all of you in the snow.:earseek:

I just called the number and no one answered! I'm SO there! ;)
