My bad... Meant magnetic door signs/stickers! Something fun to stick on the door the night of our pirate party!

How are y'all packing already? We need to wear the clothes that we're packing over the next 2.5 weeks. I guess I could pack our dress clothes but that's it. I'll be packing on Wed., May 24 & finishing on Thurs., May 25. We head out on the evening of the 25th.

I was thinking the same. I'm packing capris & tank dresses for dinner & would be quite comfortable staying in them afterward. I'm starting to think I'm dressing to casually if everyone else is having to change afterward.

That's our plan. I've always said I do NOT want to do laundry while on a cruise, but I'm also sick of schleping 8 suitcases! (usually we do cruise and then WDW, so we have stuff for BOTH) You will probably even see us in the same outfits at dinner b/c since they are only worn for 2 hours, I think they are getting recycled. This is cruise #8.....I've tried it one way 7 times and it's just TOO much.

Karen - that's our plan. We are brining things we can mix and match for dinner. Mark is bringing two pairs of dockers and I'm bringing two pairs of dress pants - all in beige. Then we are bringing different tops to wear with them. Same with my formal and semi-formal. I am brining a long black skirt with different tops.

I still will do laundry on the cruise but I do it early in the morning and then go walking so it doesn't bother me much and the laundry room isn't crazy then.

Sandi - I ordered them from Oriental Trading when I was ordering things for Christmas. I didn't even open them yet. They're in my "to be packed" box with all the other odds 'n ends.

Good Morning -- I am going to call Valerie as soon as I get to the office regarding the bags and shirts to see when they are going to ship. My guess is either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Sunscreen: My favorite is the Coppertone Spectra (it is a 45 or 50) and really blocks out the sun.

Sort of. Usually wind up dropping the polo/pants to go back to tees and shorts or at least switch out to shorts for the rest of the night.

Our main suitcase is packed and will stay that way until we cruise. We still need to add a few things in it but not much. The garment bag we unpacked right way after our test because we don't want things to get wrinkled. All those clothes are on a rolling rack in the dining room. The rollway is mostly packed as is the carry-on.

Angie - I'm with you. I'm only "dressing up" for formal and semi-formal AND if we get a Palo ressie. The rest will be capris and shirt. As long as I'm clean and match, that's good for me.

I can't believe we are soo close to cruising. I am just besides myself. There is nothing, I mean nothing else on my brain but this vacation. Not too many people want to talk to me anymore cause that's all I'm talking about. Who wants to hear about someone else's vacation?

One question though--for the kids do you pack a lot of T-shirts or Tanks? When they are in the clubs, is it mostly at nighttime or daytime? Is it cold in there?

Oh, just one more--is it worth it to pack a travel iron?

Nope. Just would rather put on something that mathes my tennis shoes. Not my very casual dinner wear sandals.
