btw, for those following it....KT's eye pressures are down a bit...22 and 26. They took photos of her retina/optic nerve and they looked great. Next check up....6 months.

IMHO is we get anywhere CLOSE to that this is going to be an EXTREMELY boring thread. I, personally, like to follow what's going on in ppl's lives---laugh with them, cry with them, pray for them....but with over 490 posts a day there will be too much to even wade through (especially if the server is as slow as it is today) and all the parts that make this group special (the bonds of friendship) will be lost just to get to a certain magic number.

Yeah but see it is all relative..who is to determine what is too menial to post? There are a lot of people that are cruising with us, that do not post because they do not like the trivial things we post about our day to day lives...same thing could be said for TOP parties and milestones. Its all in how you look at it, and I see it all as fun. But, if others are feeling the same, and looks as though they are, then I guess Ill shut up now.

Early is better on Friday night. It will also let people get back to their hotels before to late.

Lisa is currently scheduled for the gym so she and Sharon will not be there.

Fine with us, but if we eat at 4, Matt will be ready for second dinner by 8. And Alicia would probably join him.

Sharon and Lisa will be missed. Do they want some take-out?

What's that number 52606? That's over 14,800 posts in the next 30 odd days. That's over 490 posts per day!!!

IMHO is we get anywhere CLOSE to that this is going to be an EXTREMELY boring thread. Not odd at all, OM. Well, at least not any odder than normal. I agree. Our normal posts are primarily fluff, but at least they are fluff with MEANING.

I haven't even tried to catch up here yet. I should have known my first day back wouldn't go as planned. I've been swamped, and still have 45 e-mails to go through....and I already deleted all the junk.


I sense I have missed some important things here.......just from what I have glanced at. When I do get around to actually reading, and responding, I'll apoligize in advance for bringing up "yesterday's news".

And since I haven't read everything yet, I should hold back on this comment, since I only caught part of it...but....what's wrong with reading about finding a bird nest on the truck tire? I like stories like that. Like when I tell about the bobcats, or the javelina and deer. It's interesting to me. If we didn't talk about our everyday lives, what the heck would we talk about?? Nothing. I suppose i could make something up about cruising, but I already know the answer. How about this:
Are there laundry rooms on the ships?
Are jeans allowed at dinner?
Is it Palo or Palos?
Can my child wear swim diapers in the pool?
Can I tell the smoker next to me to eat his cigarette??

Very very briefly...they , along with Kiki and her kids, and Fran and her DD were kind enough to take my kids on soarin, this past Sept while I waited with Nate. So I did not get to spend any time with anyone really.

Like telling everyone about the robin that built a nest on DH's truck tire? Shows we haven't been driving it much lately, but needed it on Saturday. Had to move the nest with an egg in it. Might as well throw it out; she won't come back now.

Oh, she might. The kids were devestated b/c a finch had built her next right on the top of our pillar (it overhangs a bit) which put it JUST under the soffit. The soffit that was going to be replaced. And there was no way to replace it with the nest there.

So the crew took the nest down, did their work, and replaced it. Mama bird DID come back, but the nest was now unstable and she sat on the edge and it flipped up. And the eggs all fell and cracked. Three little finch eggs and two bigger cowbird eggs. They tried.

I went to Wal-Mart today to have my pictures printed out (to see how the new camera is) and walked out $100 lighter. I hate that store. It's as bad as BJ's. I swear I only went in for one thing....
