I've updated the web page and the deck plans with info for both Barb & Karen's families.

We don't own books any longer, except for the HP series. I used to find it hard to get rid of my 'old friends', but since I started working at the library, I don't feel the need to own them any longer. The downside to that is finding something to bring to read. Oh, I do have those smutty romance novels...

It's really bad when all the staff at our branch library know you and know how to spell your last name...and we have self-check-out...

Our library volunteers have a wonderful book store where they sell donated books - 50 cents for paperbacks and $1 for hardbacks - once a month they have a huge sale...at least 50% off of that...and the proceeds to back into the library...

That's where I get my vacation books...

which reminds me - I better make a note of the May sale...

That's not the label I get - but, I too average about a book a day...My favorite vacation involves the three Bs - Book, Beach and Boring...

And my latest project (post Pilates examination in May) is to continue reading through the fiction books in library - I started at the beginning of the general fiction stacks. I'm at the end of the As - Can't decide if I'll do the science fiction...I'm not a big fan of Science fiction...I have a hard time with time travel...

Oh my, have fun! I have to go to Kohl's and take back a pair of shorts that DH doesn't like and a pair of shoes I bought that I don't care for. I have the clothes, but can't find shoes I like.

Good morning everyone. Another ugly day here in NY. Supposed to be just a couple of showers, but it is full out raining. All sports cancelled again today. Which is not a BAD thing, but the kids are going to start to get restless today. Especially if the Yankees don't play. Then there won't be anything to watch on TV this afternoon. We'll be at the game this Tuesday. Can't wait. Our 1st one this season.

I just got caught up on all the night's postings. Like Pam said, we're almost half way to the next milestone. Come on all you blabbermouths....unite and be chatty. We can do it!!!! I know we can. I have faith in us.

I gotta get dressed and out of here. Bring back all the beer cans from last night's company and then the high school is having a 1/2 price book sale today. All this talk about books and reading got my blood moving. But I really don't have time to read. I used to read Danielle Steel a looonnngg time ago. Well before children. I used to collect all her books. Hardcover of course. Maybe I don't manage my time enough. I bet my DH would be mad if I brought a book to read on the cruise instead of paying attention to "the family". I think I'll bring one anyway.

Try not to chat too much before I can get back on this computer today. OK? Takes me about 20-30 min to catch up sometimes.

Chow for now. I hate having to go out in this rain....I'm too big to run between the rain drops.

Thank you so much! This is the info I was looking for... I rented from a friend. We are in the 2br. Friend is a new DVC member, and I am actually getting to use her points before she does! So she did not know much about it either, just that it will have a king bed in master bath and 2 queen beds. I did look at the resort maps and saw how HUGE the resort looks! Would you say that it is bigger than the AllStar resorts put together? Is that close to the bus stop? Is there only one bus stop for the whole resort? That just seems so far!

Yes request close to where the old Hospitality House was. This is my favorite area too. Belong at OKW since ground floor and love the resort. There are several bus stops and everything is easy to find. We usally stay in a two bedroom. There are a couple buildings that have elevators close in but the rest will be steps so if you need ground floor request it. Have a great time. Won't be back to OKW till December in Grand Villa and already having withdrawl because have gone every year since owning the first or second week of May for flower festival and Mother's day. DD thinks we just go for her birthday as she has never celebrated anywhere else. Have a great time and have a "Turtle Krawl" drink for me from Gurgling Suitcase if you want a nice drink. One is all you need. ENJOY
