We appreciate it though! Anywho, I thought about yall last night. The Food chanel was running a special on the history of hot dogs.They were showing SuperDawgs in Chicago? Do yall know it? I had to laugh because MY dh likes ketchup and mustard on a hot dog, and I always say WHO THE HECK PUTS KETCHUP ON A HOTDOG!?!?! Then the program last night said the same thing! HAHAHA He rooled his eyes at me. He thinks I am strange

Heard of it? I used to drive past it every day on the way to work. Only about 5 miles from us.

BTW - I like my hot dogs and superdogs plain thank you very much. Mark - he's a ketchup kind of guy on hot dogs and eggs.

Mary bespoke a teeny bit too soon, the satellite wigged out for a few minutes as a second line came thru with more lightning and a sudden extremely heavy downpour. Thankfully nothing worse although there's still a tornado watch, which is odd, as there hasn't been anything like heavy winds up here.

Glad our downstate friends are ok, until we started watching the weather on tv, didn't realise how even worse it was out south.

Well cant be any worse then from here to ATL which is just under 2 hours? I went to mapquest and put in cave creek to phoenix and it sd 32.xx miles? Not that I would impose on you like that, but it would be cool to see you ;-) I am so sad because it looks like ATL is a no go this tour. My other options are NYC and Miami. I do not think I would feel comfortable in either of those cities alone.

What chu talkin about willis? I live in NY. Not "the city" but close enough to get to concerts. And you think Miami is any better? Same-same in my book.

Oh, and BTW, that's an ivitation if you need a place to stay.

Well, we did get hit here. Caleb, dogs and I were hunkered down in the basement for about 40 minutes. Larry got called into the firestation (he's volunteer). We heard it go by and when we came out to look, we lost all of the siding on the north side of our house, our 100-year-old barn was moved 10 feet and is down and we have shingles missing off of our roof that we just had put on in August. I'll go out and take pictures tomorrow and call the insurance agent. They'll have their hands full with 3 tornado touchdowns in the county tonight. We were lucky and are lucky to still have electricity. Hope Mark and Mary are OK...

Sandi - sorry to hear about the tornados, but very glad you are all OK. I was wondering if you guys were in the path or not. I don't think I've ever encountered a tornado. Hope I never do. Stay safe.

Guilty!!!! I do that, too. I LOVE ketchup on eggs. Can't really eat them without it. Guess I'm a Double weirdo!!!

I have to. I COOKED. Which means someone may get sick. So I have to be sure the kitchen is clean in case I have to call the paramedics!

Who said anything about notes?? I have a thesis! HEHE Speaking of ketchup, my DH insists on keeping it in the fridge! My whole life my mother kept it in the cabinet! You know how long it took for me to get used to cold ketchup?!?!?!?

You have to keep it in the frig!! Where else would you keep it?

Ah Maria I forget you live in NYC...I am too scared to go there and navigate by mself to a concert....Madison Square Garden..just the name intimidates me.....whacha think?

I'm not watching anything, thank you. Our satellite is out, I hope not for good. DH has been gone for 2 1/2 hours, now. Must be bad out there. Now there is a tornado watch. Guess I'll go upstairs and watch tv the old-fashioned way, local channels only (known around here as Amish tv).

Good evening guys,

Thanks for all your prayers and PD. Well, today had to be one of the toughest at our house. I took the kids and hightailed out of here so in-laws can be alone. My SIL and DH told dad about the findings in his CT scan. He wasn't too surprised. He said he could "feel" that something wasn't right. They talked about all his options. Now it's just up to him what he wants to do. My SIL takes him to the Doctor's office tomorrow to discuss things. It's just so sad. He will probably go back up to Syracuse with SIL. He said he has been feeling weak and thinks it's best if he's with her. I feel bad for her, too. It's just my SIL and her DH. They don't have any kids, just 2 dogs. But having someone else in your home is a bit disruptive. He's a very luck man to have a daughter as good as her. I can only hope I am that lucky with my sons, but we all know how that goes.

I just wanted to thank you all for your kind words and prayers. I've never met any of you and I feel I know you. Thanks again.
