Ah... only 10 weeks to go. Yeah! Doubly looking forward to it because I get to quit my job before then. Our daughter Erin (5 1/2) is SO looking forward to going on the "big ship" again (this'll be our third - and the third time in the same cabin!), and yapping it up about "kids' club," the pool slide, and the shows. Can't wait! But for now, like others, gotta deal with the laundry!

Yeah ... another young girl joining our group. Let me introduce our family. It's me (Angie), DH Bruce, DD Emily (5.5) and DD Ashley (3.5). This our first-ever cruise.

Distance wise it might be walkable. Maybe a mile or so. However you would have to cross the highway and there aren't any sidewalks any where on the way.

Sounds like a car to get there is the answer for us. I don't think I'll be walking 1 mile to eat. And Grills is North of the Radisson, right? I know it's closer to the port, right? It'll all depend what time we get to the Radisson on Friday. That will be the deciding factor with the car. Thanks Mary.

Good morning everyone. All of this talk about Disneyland has got me thinking we may make a run to California next year. We haev been at WDW the last 4 years, so it is time for another California trip. My oldest brother lives in San Diego, so we can tie in a visit to his house first then up to DL for a couple of days. I am going to have some DVC points left to use next year, so I think we may do it. Plus, we can drive to california in 12 hours and not have to fly. Now to just decide if we want to go over Spring Break or in the Summer.

sjtracey. I just love your dd's haircut! My dd used to have hers that short and she got so many compliments on how CUTE it was. Then she decided to grow it out long. Ugh. Not nearly as cute....but it's HER hair.

Oh my goodness! What adorable kids. sjtracey. I just love your dd's haircut! My dd used to have hers that short and she got so many compliments on how CUTE it was. Then she decided to grow it out long. Ugh. Not nearly as cute....but it's HER hair.

Thanks, Ohiominnie! They really do have similar cuts! (And what a cutie KT is!) Keeping Erin's hair that short makes it easy to take care of. Plus, with the exception of an occasional headband, she won't tolerate it being pulled back. Plus, when it gets longer it gets really stringy. So for now, this is it. But she's already asking to grow it longer, so I'm afraid it's inevitable!

Well, they USED to have similar cuts. KT's hair recently was down to about her shoulder blades. They did cut a couple of inches off recently, but her bangs are not all the way grown out. Plus she insists on just putting it behind her ears, and it's always falling out. Oh well. Her head. I can't nag too much. Choose your battles, right?
