The Assisted Living facility that Jay's dad lived in was a huge house, brand new...gorgeous. I actually loved going there, and just having coffee with the staff. I put my name on the waiting list.....no such thing as "too soon".
I used to beg them to let me come there NOW.

My Dad lives in a very nice retirement complex. The first time we visited it, my Dad gave us a tour of the facility and Matt at 9 said, "This is kinda like Grandpa lives on a cruise ship." With the extensive facilities, 3 restaurants, "excurisons", etc, he may have been right. For my Dad, this was an excellent move. He had been held hostage at their Condo taking care of my Mom who had Alzheimers. She was in the hospital section of the complex and this allowed my Dad to get his life back. Also, he found many new friends who were in the same situation as he was ( an ill spouse). My Mom has since passed away, but it is still a great place for my Dad to be.

I don't know about new business, but I do know it updated roads.

I moved from City Navigator NA Version 6 to Version 7. It would have been easy if they told me to first remove all the old maps in the GPS before installing new ones. They do not over write the old with the new.

I just bought the new 2006 Phoenix street map BOOK. Works for me!

IT'S 5:00 SOMEWHERE!!!!!


(And my page-a-day desk calendar still says Feb 23... which was my birthday... which was the last day that I had enough free time to tear a page off...)

Sounds like my configuration too. In the morning, I go by whichever is behind and in the afternoon, I go by whichever is ahead.
