I was going to say that Strawberry Hill brought back memories of high school & college but it was Tickled Pink, not Strawberry Hill.

Angie

I remember Tickle Pink:sunny:

I've been checking the U.S. Passport website to see if our passports are being processed. Bruce's status finally showed up today & says that we should have it back by 04/15/2006. :) I don't know the girls SSNs so I can't check on theirs. Mine doesn't show up yet. :( But, mine was a mail-in renewal & undoubtably went to a different processing facility.

I put a card in my wallet several years ago that has the kids social security numbers on it. Every now and then, it comes in handy. I can remember mine and Jay's, but that's my limit.

Cruise Related!Friday night before the cruise....who's going to be where?
I thought we would just stay at the Hyatt and grab something to eat there, but we would like to meet up for dinner somewhere....wherever anyone else is going?

Did someone say something about JB's...and where is it??

I thought I had them in my wallet but don't. I'm the same - can remember mine & Bruce's & that's it!

For anyone who knows:

How do you post pictures?

Just so you know, under my posting rules it states that I MAY NOT post attachments...why not?

Does anyone know?

Thank you for any help!

If nobody else has answered, my guess is that your post count is not high enough to post pictures yet. You may need to pass 70.

Not sure of that - so ---- :stir: :stir: :stir:

Pretty sure we'll be at the Hyatt at the airport. I think we have ressies already.

JB's is about an hour north of the port, I believe. For us, it's not going to make sense to drive (basically) out to the port and then drive back to the airport, just to drive back to the port the next morning.

We'd be up for meeting for dinner somewhere--are you talking IN the airport?

Mary, what's the Easter challenge in your siggie?

Angie

The Easter challenge is for WISH. I'm challenging myself to lose 10 pounds by Easter. Problem is I've been stalled the last few weeks and haven't lost anything. :guilty:

Karen is right JB's is up near Daytona. I believe it is in New Srymna Beach (sp?)

We're getting in Friday afternoon as staying near the port so we are up for that meet for dinner.

o.k. just gotta ask - why Savannah? Boston, Chicago and NY absolutely, but Savannah? :confused3

Honestly? I dunno!!!! :confused3 It's such a quaint little southern city - you'd never expect it to be the location of the largest St. Patricks Day celebration in the country!!

We're definitely staying at the Hyatt that night, and I was thinking along the same lines as you...no point in driving half way to the port, especially since we won't have a car. But since gaRry isn't cruising, we may want to go meet everyone for dinner that night, if that's what gaRry's going to do.
Still up in the air.

Who ordered the rain for 3 of our 5 days at the park-that-shall-not-be-named?

MONICA! I know you're doing the dead cockroach, but really! To make it rain on me???

A T.O.P. with Monica and Disneyland!!

Stace,
I just noticed the line about going somewhere special and the date is tomorrow!! Have a terrific time! :wizard:

Also, why is it the park that shall not be named???

BTW, thank you All for your links and advice regarding posting pictures...

Mary, I checked out the FAQs and came across some "interesting" reading regarding Sea Lice....I'm not happy about what I read! :sad2:

Has anyone here ever had the unpleasant experience of those pesky bumps? :confused3
I've experienced red bugs once in my life and don't want that again!

I can see bringing a super-sized bottle of white vinegar.....forget the wine! :rotfl2:

Now Mike will say "aren't we going to spend a week with these people? why do we want to eat dinner with them the night before too?" :lmao:

Jay will most likely say the same thing. How about we leave them at the Hyatt, and WE go to dinner???

I can help. Stacey is going to THAT park in Anaheim, CA. You know, the first one created by Walt. Well, seems Monica is a tad jealous and doesn't want to hear about it all the time, so the name of the park has been disguised so as not to "rub it in" that Stacey is going there. :) Sounds like Monica has a monkey on her back :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Sea Lice. We will be travelling during sea lice season. We have Safe Sea sunblock which is put in the area UNDER where your bathing suit is. For the rest of the body we just use regular sunscreen. This Safe Sea is THICK....think Desitin (or other thick diaper rash cream) The KEY is not to shower with your suit on. The sea lice don't like fresh water, so when that gets on them, they bite. If you take your suit off, then shower, seems like there is no problem. We've sailed several times in sea lice season and have never once had any sort of problem.

I'm not sure what the vinegar reference is. Is that in the faq for treating the bumps? Best bet, prevent the bumps. Safe Sea and don't shower with your suit on.

We've been lucky, I guess....haven't had any trouble with sea lice or anything else of that nature. Just don't walk through the tall grass that grows around areas of Castaway Cay. We did wade through the sea grass at the snorkeling area, but didn't have a problem. Use Safe-Sea sunscreen.

Sshhhh.....the kids and I are going to Disneyland tomorrow until Thursday, but MONICA is jealous, so we're keeping it hush-hush! ;) Run your mouse across the area between "to" and "tomorrow".

BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! where do you want to go. Epcot maybe? HA HA HA. Actually, we won't have a car either, so it'd have to be really really really close. :) I know there is a Sbarro in the airport! :lmao: :lmao: or a Macaroni Grill. Mmmmm.

We have to get Jared and Nick together. They can sit and play their gameboys together. Jared doesn't have a DS, does he? Those can connect wirelessly and a bunch of ppl can race together. :)

Crazy, isn't it. Sue in CT, Stacey even had to send Monica Cubs merchandise just to placate her!
