AH, that brings back memories....

We went to OSU hospital today. State run. So that's where all the prisoner's go. I saw many a convicts come in today handcuffed and leg shackled to their gurney's.

And more cops with guns than I've seen in a LONG time!

brought back memories for Mike too.....b/c during med school he was assigned to Surg1....trauma and prisoners

That's making the UofM hospital sound real nice to me.

Good morning. I am starting to set my goals on the T-shirts. The store that I was looking into is no longer at MY mall, it's about 40 minutes away and I have to set a day to go (to check out the rest of the mall, of course).

Are we set on the same design that Mark did for the bags? And no WHITE shirts..off white or a color? Is that correct? All suggestions are welcomed.

I'm having a Tupperware party on Friday night. Anybody need anything? Let me know.

DH actually REALIZES that we are going on a cruise soon... he asked a cruise question!!!!!!!!! (I knew that if I left the Planning book in the bathroom long enough, he might look at it...)

He walked into the kitchen last night and asked, "What category cabin are we in?" I almost fell over!!!! And in the middle of one of his busiest weeks of the year!!!! Woo hoo! Small victories!!

I looked yesterday at the current prices on DCL's site. Our cat 8 is now over $3,000 more than we paid. What a savings?!

We taught that lesson to the kids when KT kept asking God for a pony....

"Honey, God ALWAYS answers prayers....just sometimes it's no"

That backfired when we were lost in a nature preserve place and it was getting dark....yes, we had no map....at that point I was starting to look around for shelter and good berries to get us through the night. We told the kids that now would be a good time to start praying that God would show us the way out before the sun went down...

to which KT said...."but Mom, sometimes God says NO" Grrrrr.

Gotta love kids!!!

yes. just before it got dark we found a path that looked a bit familiar and we took it up to the top of the gorge. whew!

thing is, it was a place mike used to go to a lot as a kid, but everything looked different 25 years later!

All the 24 season discs were in order and since the 1st disc showed "short wait" while the rest showed "now" - I just reordered my queue moving other movies to the #1 position until the first 24 disc in the series listed available. It probably sounds more complicated than it really is...

Irene, I haven't had any trouble getting the TV series discs. Just put the one you want at the top of your queue, and put several other movies after that.

Just seems to me they should have a system to send out discs based on how long you have had a particular movie at the top of your queue. Right now I guess it's just luck.

Got it, I think.....Since Mothers DVD/VCR broke and "life as we know it would come to an end if it was not replaced", I was lucky to find one on sale at K-Mart very compatible with her TV set.

Life, as we know it, is now Good.....small things do make a difference.....
