Laura - I think I will post on the main boards to see if I can get a response and I will let you know.

Laura, also, you are not on my bag list. Are you guys going to want one of the excursion bags???

Yes! Go ahead and add my name to the excursion bag list! I kept thinking I already had too many totes/bags, etc., but now that I think about it..... can you EVER really have TOO many?!!! :yay:

I have the baby sister, the 42" Samsung DLP HDTV. It was great to watch my Steelers on last Sunday. We were going to get the 60", but my room is not big enough.

Stacey - GIRL...you have everything!!! Gave away a 65"...must be nice..:thumbsup2

He was going to buy it from us, but he has watched the kids when we cruised, he takes GREAT care of the shop when we're gone.....it's part of his bonus from us.
And the new Tv was sort of kind of free for us, anyway....otherwise I definitely could not afford to be quite so generous.

Stacey- what excursions are y'all wanting to do? Especially on Costa Maya since I can't figure out anything to do there? Just curious- not like we're going to try to invite ourselves WITH you. LOL Just curious what looked good to you guys. :)

For Costa Maya, we've contacted a guy about taking us out in a boat to snorkel. If that doesn't pan out, then we may just go to Mahajual and find a piece of beach to claim.
If my kids were younger, I would probably just hang at the pier area, because it looks like it would be a really nice area, with the swimming pools and good restaurants. Or we'd maybe do the Jungle Beach Break at Uvero Beach. Sounds like they have a lot of water toys and fun things to do there. They also give you the choice of returning to the ship/pier whenever you want to...you don't have to stay all day.
Cozumel, we're doing Tulum. If we didn't do that, then I'd maybe think about going to San Gervasio ....we'd really like to see some ruins.....or maybe booking a boat for snorkeling like we did at Christmas. But since we were just there, I'd really like to do something different, besides snorkeling.

Well, I am not that tiny, esp. since we talked about whether Lisa wore a small or a large T-Shirt. :rotfl2:

Sizing is not consistent. Lisa's Leo is a Child's Large and she can wear an Adult XS at times. This is obviously based on Gymnasts sizes (all small) since we are talking about someone who is 4'5" and weighs about 65 lbs.

She has KT beat. KT is 4'5" and just about 55 pounds! Translated into everyday language: STICK. :)

Mary, I can't open your stateroom thread. I will try again later. 'puter is acting up again.

Scuba's - we may call Sunday for JB's - not sure what time, maybe after 1 would be good.

Kikikaren - This is a busy weekend for you guys....Good Luck.

Everyone, else - have a good weekend...(I guess this implies Mary, the Scuba's and Kiki can't have a good weekend....)

OK, Everyone - have a good weekend. Thanks for the thoughts, prayers and PD. :grouphug:

Hi Everyone :) We have been lurking around watching the board every now and then! We found out a couple of months ago that our DD Kelly, (23) will be able to join us for this cruise :teeth: She is going to college and we don't get to see her too often! We would be interested in purchasing the T-Shirts and bags that are being made for the cruise. Who do we get in touch with to order them? It sure looks like it is going to be a GREAT bunch of DIS'ers on this cruise!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike & Lisa :earsboy: :earsgirl:

Hi Mike & Lisa. I was looking at the pictures of our cruisers yesterday and wondered what happened to you guys! Glad to hear you're still going. BWVPam and TiggerinNY are taking care of the orders for shirts and bags. If you'll read back a few pages you can find some of the details.

Guess we'll be hearing from more and more folks now that it's time to pay for the cruise. Do we need to set a cut-off date for shirts, pins, etc? Looks like dinner seating is now signed, sealed, and delivered.

Hi Mike & Lisa! Nice to see you again. Diana covered who is doing the shirts and bags. Mark and I will be doing buttons again but we aren't quite ready for that yet. Most of the info can be found on the website (link in my signature).

Well we talked over excursions and basically we aren't doing any :rotfl:

We were going to do Tulum but have decided against it. In fact in Cozumel we are thinking of just staying on the ship and enjoying it. In Costa Maya we will most likely just do some shopping around the port area. We are looking at doing the Stingrays and the jet skis on CC but that is it.

I got confirmation from DCL, we are now linked for dining, early seating. I requested the APL rotation and the same tables/dining area as the late group. Please, if you make a change for dining LET ME KNOW!!! Since we are all linked any change will MOVE ALL OF US!!!!!

I can also send thru special dietary requests. For example DM is low sodium.

Yeah Sue!

Mike - I am one that is coordinating the bags. Click on the link in Mary's address and there is a picture of the bag on there. Cost is going to be around $35, which includes shipping. If you live out of Texas, there is no cost for tax. Looks like we are ordering the t-shirts from the same place, so they can be shipped with the bags as well.

Within the next couple of weeks, we will have an order form and Mary said we can post it on her site. That way everyone can fill out the order form and get it back to me

Diana - Yes -- we will have to have a cut-off for the orders. I will discuss with Valerie next week. I think we had discussed April 1 as the final date for orders.

Mary - thanks for agreeing to put the form up on your site. Things are starting to get exciting, knowing this cruise is coming up so soon:thumbsup2

I spoke with Valerie yesterday at Apparel Art. She is doing the bags and the t-shirts I guess. ANyway, we were discussing how best to receive payment from everyone. She is going to create a form that can be filled out by each person and on that form, you can order your bag and shirts. It will have all the information on it to fill out for address, embroidery, shipping info, shirt sizes, etc. You can fax it to her or email it to her or to me and I will get them to her, whichever way you all want to do. She will take credit card payments or money orders. What do you all think??? I am meeting with her next week so we can discuss more then.

Hi Pam,

Please put us on your list of people who would like shirts and bags :) Thanks for all your hard work :) :)

Mike & Lisa :earsboy: :earsgirl:

Thanks Pam :) I have already looked on Mary's web site and the bags look cute :) I wll keep a eye out for the form pirate:

Ok, that's it. This is Scoopie signing out until I get to Georgia (oh, I hope there is SUNSHINE!) Heading into the box now.....hmmfrphd, hmrrffph.... ;)

Hi Scoopie! Safe travels to us in GA. We certainly have been having some nice sunshine here and temps are supposed to be back up in the mid-60s next week ... hope you don't melt. It looks like you had a great time with the OHMouse family. I hope we can live up to the challenge. We should have a great time at the Mardi Gras parade in Louisiana next weekend. Maybe, just maybe, you'll be able to eat your first crawfish too! Or did you have any with Monica & gang?

(grrrrr the computer just ate my post!)

Wow! Have I been busy! I'll try to catch up on what I've been doing!

Here I am at the Superbowl party at Mike's dad's house. I tried to hang out by the fruit platter ohiominnie brought. Must maintain my cone-ish figure:

(hard to see, but the fruit platter is a BUCKEYES one!)

Here's me watching the game. Well, I didn't really watch the game that much. More watched the commercials. My favorite were the Budweiser ones!!

IMG_2565.jpg

The family would NOT stop asking questions about me. Like who I was, where have I been, where did I come from, where was I going. The the bright flashlight was shined in my eyes and I heard someone say "where will you be on the night of May 27, 2006?" Why, the DISNEY MAGIC, of course!!! Here I am with Mike's dad during interrogation....

IMG_2564.jpg

(it's the superbowl and he's wearing a BUCKEYES shirt!)

These next two are my favorite. This was Mike's sister's idea. I like the way she thinks. There aren't too many things more fun than ridin' a Buckin' Weiner Dog!!

Ok, going to submit this before I lose it again!!

OMG, I can't stop laughing. That's hysterical!!!! Too much. I love it!!!
