I just got up....Kids are still asleep. Can you believe it??? It's almost 9:00!! Guess that's what happens when you keep them up late a few nights in a row!! Mike had to round at the hospital. Hopefully he'll be calling that he's on his way home soon.

Merry Christmas everyone!

We're done with opening presents, watching the Disney parade on TV and our unconventional Christmas lunch. The girls are enjoying their presents and already fighting over them!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day. It just doesn't seem like Christmas to us without being in Louisiana with family & friends. Yesterday I actually forgot it was Christmas eve!!!

I've been in the kitchen most of the morning and am ready for a nap now!

Good morning, Merry Christmas, and Happy Hannukah! And Happy Birthday to Frances too! We sure enjoyed putting our 10 day cruise ornaments on the tree this year. Alicia was so impressed with the one you gave us, Virgil.

Presents have been opened, and breakfast eaten. Already been on Ebay to see if they make neon green Converse high tops in 8 1/2 versus size 9 (they don't).

We tried to find the WDW Christmas parade on TV, no luck. It's not even listed in the TV schedule. What a rip! Guess we will have to watch a Disney cruise line DVD instead.

Happy Holidays to everyone - in between rounds of celebrating - the stocking presents and tree presents have all been opened, electronics charged, gifts assembled and everyone is scattered to their various rooms enjoying their presents. We had a lovely prime rib dinner with John's aunt, uncle and cousins last night. We're eagerly awaiting the arrival of friends for our traditional "leftover Christmas" celebration...So, in addition to the prime rib, asparagus, mashpotatoes, (prerequisite) green bean casserole, salad, rolls, and peppermint cheesecake - duck, curried fruit, and cranberry-apple pie will be consumed...Then if that's not enough - we're (including this set of friends) heading over to another friends' house for wine and still more dessert added to any leftover cheesecake, cookies, and pie...

I probably would have been bawling as I watched their faces as they figure out their present...

Just a quick post to wish all a Merry Christmas. We have had a great time here at the ranch. The weather has been perfect, mid 50's and sunny. We have been riding and enjoying.

We just finished Christmas dinner. It was the first home made Christmas dinner we have had in years. Ham, turkey, and goose. I asked for left over turkey sandwiches tonight.

We do not ride this afternoon. It's nap time. We ride tomorrow morning and then head home.

Sharon has really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace in our room. I enjoyed our steam shower. This morning we watched videos from last christmas. It was fun seeing all our old friends again.

Our new friends were not forgotten today. We thought and mentioned Kikipug twice this morning. Matt choice to ride a draft horse this morning. We kept singing the Budweiser song as he rode his Belgium. We also thought of Kikipug being able to mentioned the cruise. I hope it went as you thought it would.

We will catch up on Tuesday when we get home.
