Good morning cruisers!

Happy Friday!
Irene - to answer your question on the McDonalds - no it isn't the one that claims to be the largest. This is just a normal size one. It is located between the shrine and the Publix. Hope that helps.

Thanks....I have a vague recollection of where Publix is, and if we make it to early church, we may stop by for coffee before hitting Epcot again. Admittedly, I must think about this trip to work in all the good hints, not sure how with the time we have. I also would like to see Tarzan Rocks, as we have never seen the show and it is closing. (Which reminds me - must pack earplugs.) And look at the times for the shows.....

Just got home - Christmas came early

Brand new dive gear in the living room where the Tree should be...

Oh my -

will need to post more later - Atmoci Regulators, squatty dive tanks for us short people, Zeeba BC (sp?) - dive computer......what did I miss.

Does this mean I need to stay over Sunday and dive as well.

Must go - must pack - must sleep - will catch up later.

Sweet Dreams :cloud9:

Congratulations. Now it won't be much longer before that new digital camera and housing show up. :)

We are going to explore advaced open water dive certification after Christmas.

Make sure you get some dives in before AOW. The course is much more meaningful if you have some experience to back it up.

That's just another excuse to sneek over to the beach or get on a boat and jump in.

Good Morning All - Off to Curves and then help my sister pack. Have fun Irene!

Sue, I must have missed several posts about your sister moving to PA. When we were up there I had the impression she was pretty well settled into the area with Mom and you being there. Is this a job change or has she become a Steelers fan? :)

:earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek: WOW. And I was asking for a new toaster oven for Christmas. Maybe I'll have to change my request!

Is the thing even pre-lit? If it is it's probably not enough for my liking. We were going to get a pre-lit tree this year but it has to be 6 1/2 feet....and the most lights I could find on a tree that size were 400. I have 400 on the bottom tier of lights ALONE on our tree. We probably have close to 1000 lights on our tree. 400 won't cut it!

Good morning all! It's chilly in GA again this morning. Today is Read 2006 sponsored by Scholastic. Emily's school is participating and letting the kids wear their pjs and slippers to school today. She was very excited!

Pam, glad to hear that your dad is doing better! I hope he's well enough for your big celebration at WDW.

That's a pretty cool Christmas tree. I wonder who's bidding on that thing?! All for a good cause though.

Good Morning Alll!

Got the 1st episode out of the way of 24 - no marathon watching last night or today - I have about 30 people coming for lunch/brunch - Water Aerobics annual Christmas Lunch which for some insane reason, instead of meeting at a restaurant as in the past - I'm hosting it... busy, food prepping, setting up extra chairs etc last night - so, only had time for one episode before my eyes slammed shut late last night.

But, tonight and tomorrow is an entirely different story - John has school and we have nothing scheduled - kids can operate the microwave and toaster oven - so, I can hibernate with 24....

Now - about that first episode...there's a story line that snuck in there in the fictional lapse between season 2 and 3...Quick release the ban on discussing season 3!!! I'm confused!!! :confused3

To continue last night's comercial debate...

the 1st episode clocked out at 50 minutes on the player before ending credits...With the show running "real" time - I'm sure it would be painfully obvious if commercials breaks were any longer.

Usually, the first episode of every season of 24 commercial-free... with a long Ford commercial at the beginning and the end...

This is my sister Barb and bil John. John just retired and they are moving NORTH!! The new house and the retiree taxes are a good deal for them. Sister Elizabeth is staying in Baltimore and her Ravens (oh, yeah, Mom and I are important also).

Virgil, thanks for posting that link, I enjoyed looking at that auction. Interesting how some of the celebrities spent a lot of time on their ornament (Coutney Cox & David Arquette), and some just signed their name (Donald Trump).

Irene, you gave a much better explanation of sweet tea than I did ! I've never actually made it, just drank it a few times.

Is it OK if my new camera doesn't have housing? Will it get cold in the winter? Because it sure isn't going under the water!

We were looking at that last night, and I said the same thing. The Donald seems to think his signature is decoration enough! He's so full of himself.
Some of those are pretty cute...some are downright ugly.

Pam....I'm glad your Dad is looking and doing better! Yea!!!!

Angie....don't know what to say girl....but I also think you should make your boss aware of what is going on. Not fair to you at all, especially after the surgery and all.

Well, getting ready to head out. Now I am feeling even better about going.....Jordan was going to be staying with Amber this weekend for their cheer competition. But the comp was canceled.....Luckily, I hadn't canceled her plane ticket, and she already has a bag packed. So she's coming with us, too. Jay will be happy, he was worried about leaving her.
