Sorry, no cookies here. We went to Weight Watchers today. Not Kevin, he just diets by default. Wish I had an in-house diet chef. But I do have raffle tickets! First prize is 40 of our DVC points, any takers?

Edited to add, 40 DVC points for ONE TRIP, not for ever! I know how you guys are....

We have done the Grand Cayman sting rays, loved it an cannot wait to take the kids, wish this cruise was going there as there is so much to do here and it is one of my favorite western Islands.

We are going to 'play it by ear' as to what we do excursion wise, I haven't told the kids about the cruise yet but I'm going to make up packages for them and give it to them with clues and T's etc, not that it will take much for them to guess what 1 of there vacations is this summer.
I have my MIL coming for 3 months from South Africa so had to get a cruise in before she is here.

I'm all in for the raffle tickets. Although I don't know why...I never win drawings or raffles. Worth a shot, though!


My "do-nothing" day turned busy on me. I ended up having to take Katie's phone to her, even though I'm not the one who left it in my car. Why is that? I wouldn't ever expect another parent to deliver my kid's phone, if she left it. These particular parents never do any of the driving. Maybe they are the smart ones.
Had a few other errands to run, so at least it motivated me to get moving.

But I thought I'd have the rest of the day to "do nothing". A friend just called and asked us to dinner with them. Which is a really nice thing, and I do enjoy them....she's our banker....but that involves getting dressed all nice. As opposed to the jeans and t-shirt that I am currently wearing. I was seriously thinking of already putting on my pj's. Whopping good fun on a Saturday night in Cave Creek! LOL

Looks like the ohio mouse family is getting a late start. Someone on their cruise has posted and said the Magic won't be sailing tonight until 7 pm as they are waiting for some late flights to get in.

Christmas decorations are down and back in boxes. The boxes haven't made it back in to the attic yet. It was a nice day here in GA. Tomorrow and all of next week should be nice, where the weather is concerned.

I've got 2 overactive girls right now. You would think that I just fed them a load of SUGAR!!!

We got our decorations down this week and all put back. I am always a little sad when they come down. I don't think I mentioned earlier, but my family all got me a special gift while we were at WDW for making all the travel arrangements and using our timeshare. It is so cute. It is a sleigh being pulled by 4 snowbabies. What makes it special is Santa Mickey is in the sleigh. I just love it and can't wait to put it up next year.

My daughter Ashley doesn't do well with sugar. She is very thin and it seems to go straight into her blood stream. She gets really wacky, so we have to only let her have something with sugar after she eats something healthy first.

Keep it up all year! Why not? I have a few very special "Christmas" items that I keep up all the time. I like looking at them. I do keep them in the bedroom, so that visitors don't think I'm whacky (oops, too late!) but actually, they're safer in there...I don't want them to get broken.
I bought Megan a Pooh and Piglet Snowbaby decoration this year. So cute!

We had a movie night tonight, two flicks from Netflix. Watched The Outsiders and a very silly Japanese movie called Love on a Diet. It was fun, actually. DD liked all the good looking boys in the first one (Tom Cruise, Matt Dillon, Rob Lowe and C. Thomas Howell when they were babies), and thought the Japanese flick was cute. Kevin is at scuba class, see all the fun he misses?

Just got back from movies, we went to see Munich and had the noisiest couple behind us, my kids make less noise and they talked the whole way thru!!!

I saw the ship hadn't left yet as they were waiting for a group from Canada.

Off to the Aquarium tomorrow if it isn't a mad house there, when the line was around the building last time we just drove off so hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Jordan saw the remake of "Yours, Mine & Ours" last night. She said she liked the original better. I find that's usually the case.

We ate at El Encanto, our Mexican restaurant that has a little lake. It reminded me of Cozumel. We ate indoors, although a lot of people were out by the lake. We were by a window, and a huge white goose kept tapping on the window and honking at us!

The one good local movie reviewer had it in his top 10 worst of last year, and we both liked the original so much that had no inclination to go see a remake.
