I haven't been able to find him since I got home from WV!!!!

Our digital phone service is missing... we got yet another thunderstorm tonight, and now I have no phone service. 2nd time since we switched to digital in June... I am really starting to hate it! The cable is working, the modem is working (obviously), but the phone isn't... and it all comes out of the same modem.

We're having a bad thunder/lightning storm right now, too. Had one Friday night, too. What's going on? Trying to put kids in bed(very late night last night) and they won't go to sleep. Hate that. I on the other hand, would love to go to bed right now. Please, someone tell ME to go to bed or take a nap. Love it!!!

Not much happening around here today. Hubby starting putting up vinyl siding on new part of house. Looks good. Temperatures were around 95 AGAIN today for the 3rd day in a row. Now I know why I LOVE the fall/winter. At least in the cold, you could always get warmer. In the summer, if you don't have a pool or AC, you are up the creek without a paddle. And believe it or not, there are some people around here that don't have either Central AC or window units. I don't understand that one.

OK, time for me to take a look at the boards.

Diana.....you would LOVE the Town Dump! Maddie has another business, TDI Dolls. She has traveled all over the world buying unique old dolls. And yes, she has clothes too.

Ohminnie....I really hope Mowana is hiding under a bed or something. Did a storm come through and scare him, maybe?


Got word back from the vet about the dog...he does have Valley Fever. Darn it. We can treat him, but it takes a long time and a lot of $$. But he should recover nicely, in time, and be his happy little self again.

Thanks Kevin. We started finding out we started finding out we had all these things in common (besides our love of Disney and DVC). The kicker was yesterday when Mark was doing up buttons for the group and through he had a typo.

He had someone named BCVPrincess whose name was was Ann Marie, had a DH Tom and owned at BCV since 2002.

Then he had someone named BCVOwner2002 whose name was Annmarie, had a DH Tom and owned at BCV since 2002.

It wasn't a typo at all! The real funny thing was BCVPrincess said when she tried to register at the DIS she wanted the name BCVOwner2002 but it was taken!

So someone came up with the sign. We altered it an are doing small door magnets for everyone and then Mark made the new signature block.

Much more than you probably wanted to know.

Hum, what service do you use....You saw my post on the day before RESERVATIONS and DSL went down.....I was able to use dial up.....After ressies were made and one post to you, I tried tos witch back to DSL - result - no DSL AND no Dial-up.....Oh such fun....

PALO RESERVATIONS UPDATE - from our November Cruise....

One of our cruisers wanted to book a table for Palo brunch for 6 people, there are 2 in his cabin for a ladies day out for some of the ladies in our group. It was a nice thought, and I did not restate some of our issues on fairness......BUT, Disney will not let you do that....They have fixed the system and will only let you book the number that are in the cabin....at least by the sample of one attempt......

Good morning cruisers!

First day of school here. A big day for us since it's Emily's first day of kindergarten. She cried (and broke my heart) for a good 15 minutes last night. She said that she was nervous, wanted her old teacher and friends, etc. This morning she was doing better but said that she still had butterflies in her stomach. Bruce took her to school. We thought that would be best since I tend to tear up rather easily! He said that she was ok. One of her friends from day care was getting there at the same time. They won't be in the same classroom but were across the hall from each other.

I doubt I'll get to catch up on the posts from the weekend. Anyone care to give a synopsis??? We went to Lake Lanier for an overnight mini-vacation. We went to the water park there and played at the hotel pool. The girls had a good time. Hope everyone else had a great weekend.

Hum, what service do you use....You saw my post on the day before RESERVATIONS and DSL went down.....I was able to use dial up.....After ressies were made and one post to you, I tried tos witch back to DSL - result - no DSL AND no Dial-up.....Oh such fun....

We've got Brighthouse... cable is fine, cable internet is fine, phone shows "in use" on the modem... this is the 2nd modem that has gotten fried in 2 months due to weather... they're coming to replace it AGAIN today. (It's there expense, not mine, but it's still a PITA!) Once we move, we are going back to traditional phone service... digital phone isn't all its cracked up to be!!!!
