Glad to hear everyone is home! When does Lisa leave for gymnastics camp? You are one busy family!

She leaves on Tuesday so today is laundry and repack day. Tomorrow we go to Blizzard Beach for her birthday party. My job for today is to pack the coolers. It looks like a small army invading when we go to Blizzard Beach!

We live in Waterford, northwest of Detroit, in the south eastern lower peninsula for those who are geographically challenged (that's a mouthful) . I was born in Burbank, CA but my family moved here when I was 7. DW grew up north of Port Huron in the "thumb" of the mit. Where did you live?

I grew up in Lake Orion (for those geographically challenged that is about 15 miles from Waterford). My family is still in the area, Oxford, Romeo, Lapeer.

It's a small world.

Hi everyone. Life has been extremely hectic in El Paso the last few weeks. This will be my first weekend at home in forever. I haven't had time to read and catch up, maybe later this weekend. I do have to get some housework done and loads and loads of laundry. Have I missed any good discussions???

DS announced that he might not have time to get his chores done today because he wants to get on line and take his drivers test for his permit.

Sorry to hear. That's the one thing you can't be too careful about, not like you have negatives around to make more prints from. I take it to the far extreme possibly. I don't keep any pictures in the pc as the primary storage place. All pics get moved to Zip discs as temp backup after d/ling from the camera memory chips, and once I have enough, which is usually two full zip 250's, I then burn 3 cd's. Usually about 6 months in time. Make one for Mary, one for me, and one for the fire safe.

In the last 12 hours there have been 6 posts. Can't even get one post per hour. At this rate we'll be lucky to hit 13,000 by cruise time!

I've been gone most of the day. Sorry y'all! I expected to come back & have tons to catch up on but there was basically nothing. I figure by tomorrow most of you will be done with HP & chatting away again!

No progress on the computer. DH went out & bought a new hard drive but it didn't do any good. So now he thinks it's overheating & shutting itself down. It did this once before. So tonight we went to CompUSA to buy more "stuff". Hopefully this will fix everything & we won't have lost anything. Prayers & pixie dust please!!!
