My goodness you have all been quiet today. We have booked a December '07 cruise with the intention of moving it to June '08. Feels great to have a cruise booked.

All too soon this one will be over, but one more trip to CC for us. #4 this year!

I'm alive. I've been at the apartment, trying to get it finally finished. And shopping for a new bed and dresser up there.
And running the kids around.
And going to doctor appointments.

This is how Nick comes home every night:

Prior to this his hair is green, but they wash that out at the theater!

I calculated he's been in rehearsal over 18 hours this week! YIKES! No wonder the kid can't roll out of bed in the morning! Luckily he doesn't have to catch a bus at any specific time!

How are you surviving tech week/dress rehearsals? I think they were harder on me than the kids. After 3 weeks of tons of caffeine and chocolate - I'm about caught up on my sleep - not quite decaffinated yet - I'm coming down slowly - yeah - that's my story and I'm sticking to it...

I'm holding up alright. Of course, I'm sleeping in and getting nothing done around the house, but oh well. Kids aren't getting their full schedules of school in either. Amazing what tech week does to the rest of your life!

Opening night is officially tomorrow, yes. Tonight is final dress rehearsal and the director wants an audience.....so anyone who wants to come and watch the show FOR FREE is invited! He also invited some group of homeless kids from the shelter--apparently they do that with every final dress rehearsal, otherwise these kids never see plays.

The author will also be there tonight.
